What do you charge for drop ins? I live in South Jersey and was thinking of making the trip.
When I bring my knees closer to my chest while doing the triangle, normal or reverse, my opponent just stacks me hard and it breaks my lock with my legs. How are you supposed to counter the hard stack while having the knees forward and bringing the guy in?
Why are all of these have low volume? Can we please fix this?
