I'm going to have to watch that again. I've had tons of issues in escaping mount efficiently.
Trap and roll defense is taught at the Gracie Academy by punching while rolling, Rickson also teaches the punch/reach roll...have the Gracies then been doing it wrong all this time....mmm? In 27 years no one managed to armlock me when I trap and roll...maybe give this escape more thought
Very good stuff dear coach
Like water! Thank you.
I seen that power shrimp video
I'd not ever seen that with the foot of your opponent.
There is a high mount escape where you go underneath his legs (not the armpit escape). Can you please demonstrate that?
Outside could be buggy.
On your side mount (s mount) double under escape, is their any advantage in using a feed through leg motion (as you did) to a step over motion?
sorry to be off topic but does anybody know a tool to log back into an instagram account??
I was stupid lost my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me
@Dean Korbin instablaster :)
