Massive thanks to Yianni and his team for their hospitallity during my visit. Video came out great, production team were amazing and the whole experience has been overwhelming. Thanks Guys. ❤❤
Mate you're a legend in your own right and an inspiration to others suffering, you are a top man for what you're doing for your bro, keep up the good work fella 👍🏻
In your storm, you’re building shelter for others. Well done!! I pray that this brings peace to you also and that you continue to be a beacon for the lost. God bless you.
I lost my dear brother in 1972, he was only nineteen, I have never got over it and now I'm sixty five. All the very best to that young man, I hope you have a good future. André
Huge respect for using your platform to promote a health issue. This guy lost his mother and brother due to tragedy. To do what he has is nothing short or magnificent.Huge respect
I’m a facilitator at Andy’s Man Club in London and I’ve seen the positive impact the non-judgemental peer-to-peer support has on men who walk through the doors on a Monday evening. Always remember, there’s no shame in feeling vulnerable, scared, emotional or afraid, after all we’re all human. #itsokaytotalk #itsokaynottobeokay #mensmentalhealthmatters
A quote by Brene Brown comes to mind "There is no courage without vulnerability. Vulnerability is not weakness. It's the ability to show up and be seen. It's the ability to be brave when you can not control the outcome". I've been in those dark places, teetering on the edge of the abyss. After years of suppressing it, in the end, it nearly cost me my life. So a message to all the men out there who are struggling, you are loved. Be brave. Talk about how you are feeling. Fight the stigma, my brothers 👊🏽
I'm a 60 year old man, I have no living relatives left, I have a loving partner and I love her so much..but...I have attempted to end myself twice now, depression is a terrible terrible illness and it's great to see that it, and mental health in general is being regonised more now as a serious illness, my heart goes out to anyone currently struggling, no matter who you are I hope you progress and come out the other side because you DESERVE TO and you DESERVE TO BE HAPPY!....Peace and love to you.
I have been on the edge so many times and sometimes I have gotten saved in the last second. Pills doesn’t help long term, you need to be around people who will let you be you without any judgement. This needs to be talked about more so we don’t loose so many people to this.
this is beatuful. touched me differently. I'm from Toronto Canada and my dad took his own life last September. I appreciate this video and the movement a lot. big ups
Losing a loved one is one of life's most profound challenges. The pain can feel overwhelming, and it's natural to want to retreat into yourself. However, it's crucial to remember that you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Talking about your loss, sharing your feelings, and expressing your grief can be a powerful step towards healing. By opening up, you allow others to support you, offering comfort and understanding. Bottling up your emotions can create a heavy burden, but sharing your story can lighten the load and help you find peace. Your feelings are valid, and your journey through grief is unique-embrace it, speak about it, and let the healing begin.
big ups to both you guys for talking about this. fair play. ive been through this in a minimal way compared to this and you dont realize what you have been going through till its been awhile and thats whats scary.
Lost my dad to suicide last year Jan . One thing is it’s okay 2 talk…Two thing is it’s okay 2 listen . Takes a listening ear to show personal interest without people caring about you knowing there is One who cares .
I lost my baby girl at birth 3 years ago tomorrow. I've gone to counselling and they told me about Andy's man club, but haven't gone yet. Your brother lives on through his car. So happy that you got it back and you've done something worth while with it, I think he's looking down on you and the car feeling proud you got it back
So glad that you talked about depression meds. I struggled for years on the meds, feeling like I was behind a glass wall... Seeing the world but not feeling it before I snapped and broke down. Would never recommend them to anyone. Hope anyone who is in pain gets help! It's ok to talk, it really is ❤
Awesome video on a really important subject. A great initiative to try to get people the help they need. You have done your brother’s memory proud and I’m sure you have helped save others. Life is hard, let’s all be more kind.

I lost my mother 28 years ago she was 51, also lost my brother 16 years ago he was 41 it gets easier over time but only because you learn to live with it you will never be the same but you live with it in your own way, you can talk about it over time in my case i get teared up speaking about it to this day as we were a very close greek family, i seem to find it easier with other people in similar situations as i find the communication seems to be on a similar level if that makes sense. Life is full of hurdles but what can we do apart from try and pick ourselfes up and carry on for the sake of other loved ones around us. Keep up the great work mate people like you are needed out there 👍
