It's such a coincidence you posted this recipe the week after my mom took me to a restaurant that bragged about their new orleans cuisine! We ordered this for an appetizer and were confused about the appearance since the description makes it seem like you're getting a big piece of shrimp with crab stuffed into it, so it's nice to see these are how they're supposed to look. However, the restaurant wasn't that good, and after looking at this recipe, I can tell they didn't put half the love into the dish as you do. I'll have to try making this at home. Thank you!
