- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make Over the top Strawberry Cheesecake! It consists of a Graham cracker crust with a cheesecake filling, and it is topped with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and a strawberry sauce, all made from scratch. This recipe calls for 8 to 10 servings of cheesecake and it is absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.

Charlie that strawberry cheesecake looks sooo good. Okay I’m making it for this Sunday super bowl for my guys. So should I start preparing it Saturday in order to allow the 4-6 hours before removing from the pan and then another 6-8 hours in the refrigerator after I flip it over. Me, my 7 year old daughter and my grandson (2 years old) have once again enjoyed your video. My daughter said it looks like a cheesecake factory cake.
