I would go with sarasota area 100x over. Bradenton has good beaches but the homeless and crime in Bradenton is unreal even West Bradenton area is getting bad
Most places have good and bad places. Seek the good stuff and you will be ok. You have to get some sort of income coming in. Stay away from all of the bad drugs these days. Eat well and drink premium beer or wine not rotgut. Then you will be ok.
You will always have homeless people. Some people like being on the streets. Other people seem to be trapped in an unjust circumstance. They need to stay away from meth.

Those Italian sodas are great, especially the blood orange flavour........I'd take any of those houses to get away from winter, homeless camps or not..........
You definitely are exploiting the homeless and you are showing everyone where they are so that helps to cause them to be harassed as if their lives aren’t hard enough. And you keep repeating yourself.
The only person harassing the homeless is the police. They have drones with heat seeking cameras to find the homeless at night while they sleep theres nothing i know that they don’t already

I saw new houses for $650 big sign by the road! I went inside a few gated areas at night with passengers and i was like WOW what a gorgeous area!

You need a car in Florida. It looks spread out. A lot of homeless people do not have cars.

Not judging. Many of us a bad roll away homelessness. Yet never ever would i get into debt.spend good $$ n have people in tents a block away. Nope.
