A lot of community self regulation goes on and those that refuse to adapt to communal life are invited to move on. Thank you to the organisation that did all this to make this possible. This is the future and I have tears of gratitude in my eyes. I have a good retirement (not rich, but I own my modest appartement) but I know that "there by the grace of god....". No, the government should not provide houses to people that are not willing to contribute to society. They should provide 5-story tall very basic concrete houses with running water sink, toilet, and a basic bed. People should work if they want more.

This is such a lie. Homelessness is a choice. You don't pay attention in highschool, do all your homework, get your degree, work hard every day, build your 401K and stock portfolio, saving your money on smart investments and then all of the sudden stub your toe on the bed and become homeless. There is a bare MINIMUM standard to which members of society should be held, stop apologizing for drug addicts and alcoholics, and no one mistake doesn't make a normal person bankrupt. You have a savings account, 401K, social security, assets you can liquidate, a network of family and friends, and a myriad of options if you are a RESPONSIBLE ADULT and take accountability for yourself. More cities are building these tiny home communities for the homeless as well as for low income families. I'm so glad communities and organizations are taking the initiative to do this, and hope to see more being built.

I am willing to bet that most people prefer single family housing style - living to multi- story apartments. I think this is just terrific, and i hope many more states can do this very soon.
Whoever edited this video did a stank job showing the interior with the split screen. I was interested to see these because others I’ve seen were really too small, maybe 6 x 8, but these look like actual full homes, just miniaturized. It’s a wonderful program, God bless those running it.

No kidding ! It can happen to anyone, at anytime ! If you're housed person, count yourself lucky, many right now are not! I am truly grateful I have at least a roof over my head. There have been many times in my past , I have had no home.If I was able to stay on someone couch or floor in the middle of winter, I was at least out of the elements for a night or me being in a shelter for abused women,when my ex was abusing me. I really didn't have anyone to turn to, to help me, but an abuse centre took me in, otherwise I would been homeless again.
I am convinced that the USA can solve the homeless situation We have plenty of land, and resources. People need moral support and coordination of needs. And some supervisory help or monitoring through records and regular interviews. People who have had major trauma cannot just be placed with housing and not assisted for awhile. Most of them have no family helps, which is a big part of why they became homeless, many times. Addiction, lack of family, and not enough job skills to earn what is needed in today' s world.. I worked at the Salvation Army many years ago, and also have been through a lot with my own limitations.

This really warms my heart to see that others care for those who are struggling with life. Most Americans are one paycheck away from being homeless. I would like to see more tiny homes built across America for those in need.

Wonderful! Many people will be so happy with this. The tiny homes look real nice and what a good idea to give each a porch. Laundry facilities on site comes in so handy! Lives can take a real turn for the better here. Much more of such enterprises, please! And it wouldn't hurt to have a small variety of colors, even all in the blue and white scheme, to make your home stand out.

Definitely a step in the right direction. I left CA bay area nearly 3 years ago. I could not stand seeing homeless encampments all over SF & the east bay any more. I have returned a few times to visit family in CA. The homeless problems continue to get worse than they were back in 2021-2022. Gavin Newsom (CA's governor) has managed to bankrupt the state. It is truly sad that CA has downgraded so badly 😒.
Facebook marketplace has oodles of furniture, dishes and other. Smart shopping at thrift stores can do the same. Praying too that a furniture store will open their hearts and provide. I'm sharing your video with my fellow students. God bless you dearly!!

There is a bare MINIMUM standard to which members of society should be held, stop apologizing for drug addicts and alcoholics, and no one mistake doesn't make a normal person bankrupt. You have a savings account, 401K, social security, assets you can liquidate, a network of family and friends, and a myriad of options if you are a RESPONSIBLE ADULT and take accountability for yourself. I use marijuana instead of VA drugs; marijuana is specifically not allowed in all federal programs such as section 8.

No kidding ! It can happen to anyone, at anytime ! If you're housed person, count yourself lucky, many right now are not! I am truly grateful I have at least a roof over my head. There have been many times in my past , I have had no home.If I was able to stay on someone couch or floor in the middle of winter, I was at least out of the elements for a night or me being in a shelter for abused women,when my ex was abusing me. I really didn't have anyone to turn to, to help me, but an abuse centre took me in, otherwise I would been homeless again.

I am convinced that the USA can solve the homeless situation We have plenty of land, and resources. People need moral support and coordination of needs. And some supervisory help or monitoring through records and regular interviews. People who have had major trauma cannot just be placed with housing and not assisted for awhile. Most of them have no family helps, which is a big part of why they became homeless, many times. Addiction, lack of family, and not enough job skills to earn what is needed in today' s world.. I worked at the Salvation Army many years ago, and also have been through a lot with my own limitations.
The USA have no business in local state, country, and towhship affairs.

Wonderful! Many people will be so happy with this. The tiny homes look real nice and what a good idea to give each a porch. Laundry facilities on site comes in so handy!

Much more of such enterprises, please! And it wouldn't hurt to have a small variety of colors, even all in the blue and white scheme, to make your home stand out.

Definitely a step in the right direction. I left CA bay area nearly 3 years ago. I could not stand seeing homeless encampments all over SF & the east bay any more. I have returned a few times to visit family in CA. The homeless problems continue to get worse than they were back in 2021-2022. Gavin Newsom (CA's governor) has managed to bankrupt the state. It is truly sad that CA has downgraded so badly 😒.
Every Canadian cities needs to start building tiny home villages for the homeless

Facebook marketplace has oodles of furniture, dishes and other. Smart shopping at thrift stores can do the same. Praying too that a furniture store will open their hearts and provide. I'm sharing your video with my fellow students. God bless you dearly!!
