it depends on what metro. i cant really speak for other metros, but for tampa a lot of the middle class areas are in incorporated or gated communities. the houses that are in unincorporated communities are either dirt cheap/in the hood, or they are in some of the best neighborhoods anyone can live in and are really expensive. very rarely i see an in between. And a lot of the crime is mostly limited to these bad neighborhoods, which every city has btw. tampa has 19% less overall crime compared to the national average, however violent crime is 7% of the national average, which isnt terrible considering most of it is contained with in the really bad neighborhoods

New Port Richey has a average home price of 400k...Anybody visiting New Port Richey would not say what you're saying. You're picking some very small homeless camp then painting the whole town as if that is all that way. Thats like going to West Palm beach and show some homeless camp and say West Palm beach is a really bad area lol

first of all, west palm beach doesnt have the monstrousities your NPR has. second, who the crap are you trying to pull the wool over??? i been to 38 states NPR is one of the most appaluing crap holes in USA. the overdose rate alone for the WHOLE county says it all. US19 is the saddest road in Florida. Even worse than OBT in Orlando. Palm beach overdose rates are 1/4 of your county. You must be a realtor losing clients form this video. 400K aint crap a house in the hood cost 500K in south florida if you can even find it. that town is in bad shape the towns residents will tell you not me. not sure who your trying to fool.

You keep referring to viewers as merely having a third-grade educations, yet you're not the least bit academic. Which is too bad, because then you would know data removes bias, not virtue signaling. Your choices now are to simply react emotionally or consider and contemplate on self-improvement, or lament stagnantly.

I lived in Tampa Bay for 12 years and it's pretty accurate really, I agree with Palm River in East Tampa it is absolutely horrible i used to have to commute past there daily for work. I only lived in Hillsborough County for a short- time maybe 2 years, So don't know it as well as Pinellas. I lived in Pinellas County for 10 years and the worst neighborhoods are the north part of Clearwater City known as Greenwood, , and Lealman in County territory off Haines Road. and the Rainbow Village area adjacent to the Largo City off Ulmerton Road. South St Pete and Pinellas Park have some bad pockets but some good neighborhoods too, but seriously never had a problem there, I grew up in PA and I can think of way worse places in that state than in Pinellas really. The traffic was the main thing I hated in that county. Driving and Pedestrian travel was just downright dangerous at times.
