    All the slow fluid motions had me tapping into something quite sensual (?!) It was lovely to slow things down and have the time to observe breath and sensation in the body a little more acutely. Thank you. Am newly subscribed and am so excited to try more of your flows XXX

    I've been working on this for a while now and I've only been able to get to abt 20 minutes in before my wrists start cramping, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, do you have any tips?

      Yes! A longer warm up for the hands/wrists could help, and some strengthening exercises. I’ll share a video on this soon! 😊
