- The Poly Voyager 4300 UC Series are outstanding for hybrid work, remote work, work from home, on-the-go, or work from anywhere! Out of the box they include connectivity to a PC/Mac via the BT700 dongle and mobile device via Bluetooth 5.2. If you require desk phone connectivity, you can purchase the Spare Voyager Base separately. They are available in single or dual-ear headband wearing styles, USB-A or USB-C, with or without a charging stand, are compatible with all major voice platforms, and are Zoom and Microsoft Teams certified! You get a long battery life and the ability to use a corded USB device if needed. IT teams can monitor and manage the Voyager 4310 and 4320 models via Poly Lens, and individuals can use Poly Lens Desktop to customize headset settings. Wow....great noise cancellation mic. Voice quality get's a bit distorted but how often are you making a Teams call next to your full speed blender anyways :D :D

Screaming and crying babies are extremely challenging to cancel out. No headset, I’ve tested blocks out a crying child. The best you can do is enable the noise suppression available through meeting platforms like Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Hi Mickey, remote call control (RCC) from the headset is dependent on whether the platform being used supports it. Most platforms support this, however, some may require you to download Plantronics Hub or Poly Lens to enable this feature. You can learn more here:

Has anyone figured out if the "HD Voice" setting makes any voice quality difference, when enabling or disabling it in Poly Lens / PLT Hub for the 4310/4320? I can't figure it out for the life of me, recording with or without it and trying to listen to the difference. It's not worth having "enabled" if there's no quality difference, sacrificing battery life.
I submitted this question directly to HP Poly. I am also going to film some mic demos with HD Voice on and off to see if I can hear a difference.
I filmed a video using the Poly Voyager 4320. In the video, I disabled and enabled HD Voice to hear if there is a difference between a quiet environment and an extreme environment while running a blender. I'll share it here once it's ready.

Is a Charging stand necessary or may I charge it with USB wire as well?
