I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep daily, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

I took creatine about 2 months ago. It made a difference in my performance. I’m 28 and had never taken before. I didn’t load; just did 5g a day. I noticed a lot of hair on my pillow and hair on my hands when I would wash my hair(never experienced this before). I’ve looked at many videos (since creatine did help with my energy levels and focus at the gym). All the most popular videos were made by creators that had supplement sponsorships, had a supplement line or ties to the supplement industry. Long story short: I stopped taking creatine and about 2-3 weeks later I stopped shedding.

Lmao, the one paper that links creatine to hair loss only had 20 participants in which 4 dropped out making its findings tenuous at best. The conclusions are also not justified since they measured total testosterone to compare to DHT, when they should have measured bioavailable testosterone. Regardless of whether he sells supplements or not - the creatine hair loss study is shit and he rightfully says so.

ima help everyone here whos still hasnt found a straight forward answer… YES it will affect your hair loss if u already have sum form of hairloss running in ur genetics. If u dont have any form of hairloss running thru ur family then NO it will have no affect on u. The reason it affects ppl wit hairloss is because it increases DHT lvls n dats the worst thing to do if u suffer from hairloss already even B4 taking creatine. So YES it will make u shed faster n loss hair faster if u suffer from hairloss but jus remember u are going to loss dat hair anyways. It jus speeds up the process if u take creatine. So if u wanna hold on to the hair u have left for a lil longer dont take creatine. If u have accepted u will lose dat hair n dont care… take creatine n get them serious gains.💪

I'm just confused how you can say that so confidently when we only have one study showing that effect, while we have 12 other that dosent come to the same conclusion (10 of them showing no change in testosterone concentrations). That dosent mean that it may cause baldness, but it means that we don't have a sufficient evidence-base that proves that taking Creatine Monohydrate in recommended doses leads to male pattern baldness

As someone who doesnt have a single bald, balding person in both side of my family all the way to grandparents who both passed with full set of thick hair i can say that Yes! Creatine does cause hairloss. Took it last year for 3 months and my hair shed and became so thin that i had to stop, took 6-8 months to regain a bit of thickness. I wanted to give it the benefit of a doubt again and started taking it again this past few months and now i can literally see my my entire scalp when my hair is somewhat wet.

I don't know you, you didn't even really dispute it other than 'it's probably going to have no effect what so ever' and you left open the possibility of it accelerating hair loss in people who are DHT sensitive. It's also possible that hair loss doesn't occur until a DHT threshold is hit so it's very possible that creatine could make someone lose hair who otherwise wouldn't have.
