Ann WIlson is a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, lead singer of a band called Heart that was popular from the late 70s through the late 90s. She is widely regarded as the GOAT female hard rock singer. Heart has about a million hits (that you've heard but don't realize it) but a few of their best known are Barracuda, Crazy on You, and Alone. I'm a huge Disturbed fan and this collaboration is one I was excited about the second I heard about it.
What you’re hearing in David Draiman’s voice and seeing on his face, especially as Ann and the music faded out at the end is the pain he’s experiencing with the divorce he went through last year. He and Ann Wilson have mutual admiration for each other’s vocal gifts and had hoped to work together sometime. Two other Disturbed’s bandmates also had gone through divorces in the last 2 or 3 years, too.
Enjoyed the reaction, their new album is mostly heavy and a harken back to the old days, they have a Grammy nominated song Bad Man, another banger is Unstoppable, they have gotten better with age IMO.

Cannot believe you have not heard of Heart. You must have been living under a stone. Even in Europe we know Heart's music.
