To make drivers more happy have intermodal terminal or yards all over the country and you can get drivers in every state home every night and make 20 plus dollars a hour. This will keep CSA down and keep emissions down and save a ton of money.
What are the best locations for creating private overnight resorts for drivers? Parking, fill-up, family/friends welcome/all amenities, ad-hoc dispatch help, etc.
To all trucking companies. It's all about the money. This is a difficult and skilled job you need to pay us better. Period Point blank. Your greed and selfishness is causing your problems. Also in trucking the bonus always seems to be bait and switch they always seem to find a way to cheat you out of it
I agree about bonuses. Most of those promises are just plain lies. However, if you do simple math and calculate the average pay per mile, minus the expenses that a trucking company has, you will realize that most trucking companies cannot afford to pay drivers more. Yes, when markets are good, we could pay more but that is the time when you make up for the bad market losses. Also, if a trucking company raises the pay when the loads are paying good, will you agree to a pay cut when the situation becomes bad? Probably not and I wouldn't either. So it's not that simple like many people think.
@@NeverStopTRK Then what's the point. looks like the shippers are going to have to start poyning up more for loads. somebody's got to start paying more. This crap ain't playing out like it used to. If the driver made any less than he does now, Why even do it?
I had company tell me i was one of their best drivers. Then turned around and fired me because I refuse them to track my phone. This industry is a joke.
