My research state that bentonite clay should not be mixed or stored in a plastic bottle b\c it draws the toxic out the plastic. Try finding a glass bottle or an old glass soda bottle. You have beautiful teeth!!!!!!

I've been using bentonite clay for years!! It's funny that as I was watching this video I received my amazon order of bentonite clay. Never thought of using it for my teeth, but girl!!... Your teeth Will make me do it. I've been using baking soda and peroxide for a few days and for some reason it hasn't whitened my teeth as fast as before. I'm a heavy coffee drinker and I've been so lazy with my teeth. I need to get my teeth together!!
Have you tried oil pulling? I have started doing this with 100% coconut oil and my teeth have become whiter and it has removed the stubborn staines. It is also much cheaper then what you are doing now and uses natural products.
Bentonite Clay is natural and inexpensive as well. Yes I've tried oil pulling but I was never consistent with it. I love Coconut Oil for its many uses.

That transparency you see in your teeth is loss enamel. There's nothing you can take or do 2 restore tooth enamel. However, the steps you're taking will help protect & prevent further damage...

Not for me. The labeling says "sensitive free" and thats accurate in my experience.

I've heard of using activated charcoal for teeth whiting. It does make sense for bentonite to work. I'm a heavy tea drinker also, and I'm always up for using products I already have in new ways. Thanks.

Be careful with the calcium supplements, it can increase your risk of cardiovascular disease. You are better off finding ways of getting extra calcium nutritionally.
