It's honestly really hard to hate this guy. Sure some of the things he repeats can be repetitive, but you gotta admit that the dude can actually cook

I actually really like the repetition to be honest. You'll never forget what kind of dough you're looking for. I laugh every time he says haters will say it's fake with the karate chop lol. it's his brand!
I mean, i havent even thought about the karate chop, because thats not what i think of when i say repetitive. What i'm talking about is overusing the "You guys got it? Nice. Im pumped for this" on literally every bite he takes. I get that is his brand, but too much of it just gets annoying. "I dont care if you can swim, just get in the pool" everytime he fries something aswell, but hey, you do you Quang! He is great in the kitchen, dont get me wrong.

It was the steak and fried shrimp with mashed potatoes and mushrooms but my mushrooms I did them stuffed covered with cheese. So, thank you for what you do!

Yes Hawaii is part of the Polynesian triangle and yes I did see the one you did of theirs a couple months back, however, their food is not the same as other Polynesian food, I think the same foods we have in common are the ‘umu ‘ cooking style as we here in New Zealand Maori have ‘hangi’ and it’s pretty much same across Polynesian cultures... would it be possible to cook like, coconut buns, taro and coconut cream, coconut leaves and corned beef, raw fish (not ceviche) lol along those lines...😉😉😉😉

veg oil works better for pancakes so you can get the pan hotter. test it by throwing a tiny bit of water on the pan and see if it instantly turns into a ball and rolls around and evaporates -- that way they get super fluffy.

I was born in Jennings Louisiana.. breakfast breakfast is grits,bacon, eggs, sausage, toast with jelly.. gotta add a lil sugar to the grit's. I add eggs in my grits at table and get down..lol eggs can be soft scrambled or sunny side your choice

1. Peel fruits.
2. Cut fruits into bite size pieces.
3. Top with yogurt and granola bits.
4. Order a pizza to go with. :^)

Get a wider, flatter spatula to flip your pancakes. Tilt your pan a little bit to the side and quickly scoop under the pancake. That’s what works for me :)

Chris! I dont eat too much. Usually these meals you see on my channel are my first meal of the day. After this is just protein source and veggies. I got a whole day to "use up this food" throughout the day and use it for my workouts
