Use an instant pot for the broth and buy fresh ramen noodles from the store and it will cut the time drastically. Still awesome turned out awesome. Took about an hour for me.

I’ve worked as a ramen cook for almost a year and my boss is from Japan. I say this is pretty accurate, however we do add Kombu seaweed and dried skipjack tuna to our pork broth for seasoning at the end. It’s very very essential.
