Those guys going through the comics should really be run off. I saw them rip pages out of a couple of books when they were tossing them back in. Showed no respect for the stuff and have no business destroying stuff like that.
Also Dave I've done googled theses brooches till I'm blue in the face. So I got these 2 brooches after my mother law died. The backs looks like inside the back of a watch. Amazing work. The seller of those comics, once that 425.00 was in his hands should have stood in the front of his booth and said all the comics were sold! He let people keep going through them. That is wrong. Felt like you were being taken advantage of.
So your buying from sellers who purchase items at garage sales or churches. They mark em up then you buy from them and you try to get your price? 🤔I only buy from people that want to clear out their garages, attics, cellars etc. they usually sell there stuff for peanuts. They just want to clean out. their garages, attics, or cellars etc. actually ebay is probably the best at this stage.millions of potential buyers.😎
your wrong about e-bay you get much much better deals@ flea markets no bidding no shipping no nonsense another persons trash another persons treasure and cash right on the spot the vendor is very very happy and even better deals and the buyer is very very happy flea markets have been around a lot lot longer then e-bay and flea markets will always out last e -bay ! flea markets have been around for well over 100 years and going stronger and stronger all of the times and seasons yard sale garage sale town wide sales and even small and very very very large flea markets it is in are family blood and very proud flea market hunters and buyers and collectors ! enjoy your peanuts. we enjoy a good strong early breakfast or a good strong lunch after shopping @ least 2 to 3 flea markets on weekends shopping and having a great great time long long live flea markets ! not E-bay !

Those were Corgi firetrucks in that box of toy cars and trucks @ 4:30. Highly collectible and worth $10-15 each to a collector.
