The world absolutely needs more women rockers. Where are the new Vixen, Heart, the new Pat Benatar / Joan Jett / Patti Smith / Chrissy Hynde / etc? They have rocked like no other.
Love Britt for treating Jan's guitar parts (even the subtle bits that you have to be a serious fan to notice) with respect while still adding her own style to things.

I just rediscovered them through a youtube band get together documentary thing. Bands Reunited, in the side bar probably. Glad they're still playing together. They sound great. They look great too.

I'm sorry this is a bit ridiculous that the drummer uses the name Vixen for this cover band. I'm not knocking the talent or musicianship and I realize she's using the name because the name brings gigs/money for herself but this is like going to see Bon Jovi and when you get there the only one from the band is the original bassist.
Guessing you say the same thing about the other bands who are touring with one original member. Lighten up it isn’t that serious and this lineup is great. I do miss Janet though
I truely love what Britt has brought to the band, but Vixen died when Janet left - and Lewis' vocals sound like the death howls. She makes the band unbearable to listen to.

I don’t think it’s just about the music. We went through the 80s with Jan (RIP) and Janet. That connection cannot be made with replacements.
