The idea of Spongebob holding back in killing Plankton purely because he can only kill him once and doing it would be such a rush so he needs to make it count is so horrifying and hilarious
i think it implies more than plankton is like no other, because you could kill anybody just because and it wouldn’t be that different, Plankton is THAT bitch that keeps on fucking around, there is a right moment to end him, not now, maybe never, as SpongeBob can only kill him once and he needs to make it special and not just busting into his place and shooting him on the head
@Silverwind87 I disagree, because if Plankton was insignificant to SpongeBob then SpongeBob would simply kill him quickly and wouldn’t give it a second thought. The fact that he intentionally waits for a perfect moment and wants to “make it count” implies Plankton’s death is meaningful or special in some way. It’s beautifully demented.
The Pokémon slogan is "Gotta Catch Em' All!" Danny Phantom's slogan, however, is "Gonna Catch Em' All." While Pokémon's is a mission statement, Danny Phantom's is a PROMISE.
"Heaven quakes every second I remain alive" is going right on my list of unexpectedly raw quotes from ridiculous sources, right up there with "I will face God and walk backwards into hell" and "You cannot kill me in a way that matters"
I love how the dynamic between all of these characters is just: An evil child with two demigods who follow his every command A stuck-up atheist kid who believes they're morally and intellectually superior to everyone else A chaotic yellow menace who's only drives are his bloodlust and search for godhood A teenager who's fruitlessly trying to cling to his humanity whilst corralling all of these wacky characters
love the mythos you’ve created of these recognizable nickelodeon icons dabbling with horrors beyond mankind’s comprehension to not only surpass the old gods but to kill them and rule over where they once dared to tread.
@eyelessbun5785 Plus, for some reason, they seem to be the only two characters who mesh well together. Maybe it's their nearly opposite characterisations, with Jimmy being more methodical and intelligent, whereas Timmy is more impulsive and brash. Or maybe it's the magic vs science thing they have going on? Or maybe it's just the similarities in their names. Am I overthinking this? Yes.
It's funny. I remember the sequel really pushing Danny and Spongebob as a dynamic duo. They were the two you started with and were the ones to fight the final boss.
Having Jimmy say something truly fucked up and then end it with "Gotta Blast" stylized like it's the show's logo is probably the most consistently funny bit of this entire video.
Spongebob not taking the opportunity to just go to the Chum Bucket and kill Plankton because he "can only kill him once" and wants it to "count" is hilarious and terrifying.
We have violence and power obsessed SpongeBob, religious Danny Phantom, a Timmy Turner who causes suffering on a whim, and Jimmy Neutron who honestly seems exactly the same as cannon. I love it.
Years back I talked on reddit with the modeler who did the "Hi I'm Paul" chimp and he included some screenshots of what Paul looked like missing 3 eyes and all textures/lighting. I gotta say it was horrifying as feck
Major problem I'm seeing immediately: SpongeBob in his own universe is supposed to be extremely small, like he's supposed to be able to fit in your hand. But *here* he's about the size of Jimmy and Timmy who are both "human" children. This either implies that SpongeBob's earth is several times larger then ours or that the worlds of the Nickelodeon Multiverse are very, very small.
Man, I used to play this game all the time when I was a kid. I guess all the references of Spongebob wanting to ascend to godhood just flew over my head at the time.
Hugh Neutron actually works at a car dealership, but he almost had to move his family because everyone in Retroville already had a car. So Jimmy decided to help him achieve his dream of becoming a toy designer (by making him think he could actually design a functioning toy), which is a huge success. But then he gets fired after one of the toys, a giant tank with a baby face, almost destroys the town. But then Hugh gets to go back to the dealership because the tank destroyed everyone’s cars. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Also the baby tank pisses.
12:12 In all fairness, Spongebob making fun of Texas only happened so he could get Sandy to chase after him and Patrick to the party- it was a ploy to ultimately do something nice for a friend. "Squirrel Jokes" is irredeemable garbage though.
God, these nicktoon crossover games were like, the first thing little baby fan me ever wrote fanfic about. I legit felt like the characterization was so shallow compared to the shows and there were so many missed opportunities for jokes it motivated me to make them myself lmfao
Why does Timmy’s design just not work in 3D while Jimmy’s design never seems to work in 2D? Also, it’s amazing how THQ’s old licensed games gave “Silent Hill” vibes just by cheaping out on the animations, not adding music (making things eerily quiet at times), and completely de-saturating these once-colorful cartoon worlds. I can’t wait until Penny and Joy get to the misguided nightmare fuel that was the final Wii Nicktoons crossover game, where outside of maybe SpongeBob you play as the most unappealing side characters in Nicktoons history!
I feel like it's because they're both characters who are perfectly suited to the animation style they're designed for. Jimmy's design is specifically tailored for the 3D environment of his show, while Timmy's fits in perfectly with his own 2D world; attempting to convert them to the other art style ends up producing uncanny valley results because their character designs were never meant to work outside their own art style.
@cah137-y4s Yeah. That actually makes sense for the time. However, I remember there being a GameCube Fairly OddParents game called "Breakin' Da Rules" that wisely went with the "Cel-Shaded" look and while it's not exactly on par with Wind Waker or Jet Set Radio Future (let alone today's cel-shaded beauties from Arc System Works), it did show the designs would at least look decent with non-realistic lighting. As for Jimmy Neutron, the concept art looked way livelier than the 3D models we eventually got due to time constraints and the simple fact that low-budget TV 3D was still new. The problem was that 2D takes on the Jimmy Neutron characters were based on those simplified official 3D models rather than the original concept art. Anyone who studied art school in recent years would likely be told that they need to make their designs work in both 2D and 3D. A lot of Disney's hand-drawn stuff back in the 20th century, like Cinderella, actually looks just as good as a 3D Kingdom Hearts world, for instance. So it's actually kind of interesting that Fairly OddParents and Jimmy Neutron were able to break this rule to make designs that look absolutely perfect in their medium of choice, even it meant some serious "uncanny valley" moments in the Jimmy-Timmy Power Hour movies.
I can't speak to jimmy, but at least part of it for timmy is that his design would break physics. His face is always drawn at a 3 quarters angle, never straight-on, which causes some quirks with things like the direction of his hair. Though the Breakin Da Rules game accounted for this by making his hair flip depending on the camera angle
I keep losing my mind at the fact that doing a Timmy Turner impression is the best way to say the most unhinged shit, but only if you say "Cosmo, Wanda" before you say it
Not only Timmy Turner create hell, he almost got sent to in it. In season 5, episode 5 of The Fairly Odd Parents "It's a Wishful Life," Timmy Turner wishes he was never born, prompting Jorgen von Strangle to try to send him to a hell made specifically for kids who wish they were never born.
Danny: The Lord will always be with you Jimmy: there is no God, only science Spongebob: There is no God, for I have killed him and replaced his image Timmy: Cosmo, Wanda? I wish everyone went to hell no matter what
I never thought about this before, but the premise of Danny Phantom makes the most sense if you picture it as a teenager going behind his parents' backs to try and fix something they made, only to get killed in the process, just for his spirit to then possess his own lifeless body.
My sole memory of this was getting a glitch where the game would crash after the cutscene where Patrick got abducted. For some reason, the only way to stop it was to make Danny use his incorporeal ability before the cutscene.
Considering Mick Gordon composed the music for Attack of the Toybots later in the series, Spongebob being a cold blooded killer, Danny wanting to rob a bank, Jimmy being into NFTs, and Timmy wanting to see the world burn would be fitting for Doom music right now XD
Lost it every time a random bit of Labyrinth by Miracle Musical started playing, shocked you didn’t use the “goes straight to hell” line though given how much Hell was brought up
The idea of Spongebob holding back in killing Plankton purely because he can only kill him once and doing it would be such a rush so he needs to make it count is so horrifying and hilarious
"I need it to count! *I NEED IT TO COUNT!* " fucking sends me
Such a raw and accurate character moment
That implies he doesn't think Plankton is worth being killed. Like he's so small and insignificant that ending his life would be a waste of energy.
i think it implies more than plankton is like no other, because you could kill anybody just because and it wouldn’t be that different, Plankton is THAT bitch that keeps on fucking around, there is a right moment to end him, not now, maybe never, as SpongeBob can only kill him once and he needs to make it special and not just busting into his place and shooting him on the head

The fact that he intentionally waits for a perfect moment and wants to “make it count” implies Plankton’s death is meaningful or special in some way. It’s beautifully demented.
I like how Timmy doesn’t typically interact like all the others do, he just pops in occasionally to wish the world to be objectively worse lmao
The "I wanna rob a bank and get away with it" absolutely killed me
SAME
i love how Jimmy ends all of his sentences with "gotta blast!" because it implies that every time he says something he just immediately leaves
For the record, Jimmy's Dad DOES have a job; he's a car salesman.
First time I heard this EVER.
@WTFisTingispingis Very understandable, as I'm pretty sure it only comes up in ONE episode: Fundemonium (S3E4)
The Pokémon slogan is "Gotta Catch Em' All!" Danny Phantom's slogan, however, is "Gonna Catch Em' All." While Pokémon's is a mission statement, Danny Phantom's is a PROMISE.
no one is safe.
@MeisterOfMangos not even our ghosts are safe
@dudemcduder1628 He's gonna rip the ghosts out of our bodies. Talk about giving up the ghost.
A threat if you will
@ariajacobs5719 ghosts really goin through it
That opening was borderline experimental
Borderline?
i fucking lost it oh my god it was so funny
Bro I coughed my soul up just to watch this direct
easily on par with most acid trips
oh my god penny owns nintendo direct
Holy crap, penny owns nintendo Direct
I love how Pennys Danny voice slips into her Sonic voice sometimes lmao
"Heaven quakes every second I remain alive" is going right on my list of unexpectedly raw quotes from ridiculous sources, right up there with "I will face God and walk backwards into hell" and "You cannot kill me in a way that matters"
Someone needs to frame all of these.
"I'm God's first and last mistake" is also pretty good.
Gotta blast!
Also: "There is no lord" "THERE WILL BE WHEN I ASCEND"
@RaisinHater Either Spongebob _is_ a god, or could _kill_ God, and I do not CARE if there is a DIFFERENCE!
@Silver BDG in the wild is a truly beautiful thing.
Jimmy: Doesn't believe in God
Danny: Does believe in God
Timmy: Conspires against God
Spongebob: Aims to become God
The super freind squad.
@Looona_fan freind
i NEED more of these two improving Jimmy's dad, that cracked my shit up
Jimmy 's dad can't be improved, he's already perfect.
@digitaldreamer2000 they meant improvising
The "Danny Phantom that looks at gay people" bit REALLY fucking got me
I love how the dynamic between all of these characters is just:
An evil child with two demigods who follow his every command
A stuck-up atheist kid who believes they're morally and intellectually superior to everyone else
A chaotic yellow menace who's only drives are his bloodlust and search for godhood
A teenager who's fruitlessly trying to cling to his humanity whilst corralling all of these wacky characters
You forgot Jimmy's NFT fixation that fuels his thirst for money.
perfect description of me throughout my life
When you invent a time machine, Your ego inflates.
@xilitla. you good bro?
@themyofmy LAWLLLL
love the mythos you’ve created of these recognizable nickelodeon icons dabbling with horrors beyond mankind’s comprehension to not only surpass the old gods but to kill them and rule over where they once dared to tread.
Spongeborne
gotta blast!
Ah Dan, or some say Danny...
Do you hear our prayers?
@apophis7712 Butch Hartman commissions, all over the shop... you'll buy one of them, sooner or later...
And only Danny has confronted said creatures canonically
love how they're all human and then there's just spunch gob
"me at the fucking raid shadow legends emails"
you're truly a god among humanoids
I love how natural it is for Timmy and Jimmy to be in the same room together. But for everyone else it just doesn't sit right for some reason.
In fairness, they were the only 2 who had a crossover episode with each other in their own shows.
@eyelessbun5785 THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT
@eyelessbun5785 Plus, for some reason, they seem to be the only two characters who mesh well together. Maybe it's their nearly opposite characterisations, with Jimmy being more methodical and intelligent, whereas Timmy is more impulsive and brash. 4:06 Can't believe Penny leaked the Deltarune Jackenstein boss fight 3 years before its release
TRUE!! I did remember this exact video during that fight
Spongebob not taking the opportunity to just go to the Chum Bucket and kill Plankton because he "can only kill him once" and wants it to "count" is hilarious and terrifying.
The improv character interactions highlight what people enjoy about crossovers as a whole :)
snap using her deadvoice for the wardens is so wild
Joy's mood is so contagious
I bursted into laughter at "TIMMY TURNER" at 6:46
We have violence and power obsessed SpongeBob, religious Danny Phantom, a Timmy Turner who causes suffering on a whim, and Jimmy Neutron who honestly seems exactly the same as cannon. I love it.
"I can only kill him once, I need to FEEL something!"
LMFAO
"Heaven quakes every moment I am alive!" Is beautifully raw
Years back I talked on reddit with the modeler who did the "Hi I'm Paul" chimp and he included some screenshots of what Paul looked like missing 3 eyes and all textures/lighting. I gotta say it was horrifying as feck
I have never been sadder a link was not provided
i wish this had the link so badly
@Lucifersfursona CyclopeanDepths i believe was the username
@RelicCipher I believe CyclopeanDepths was the username
@Stonewren Do you remember what forum, or social media that guy was using? I think I found a reddit page of him, but it's mostly of DnD stuff.
"heaven quakes every second i remain alive" i kid you not i nearly choked when i heard this
4:15 *YOU'RE TOO BRIGHT!!!* Moment?? 🎃⏰♥️
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
'Hugh Neutron not understanding NFTs' is a bit I could listen to for hours I swear to Glob
Major problem I'm seeing immediately: SpongeBob in his own universe is supposed to be extremely small, like he's supposed to be able to fit in your hand. But *here* he's about the size of Jimmy and Timmy who are both "human" children. It could be that going through the portal enlarges Spongebob to fit in with the others
Mermaid man and barnacle boy
@Gamering22don’t make me think about that
not to mention spongebob doesnt need water to survive here
@friendbeezo3485 iirc Jimmy sprayed him with something at the beginning that kept him from drying out and dying
"there is no lord"/"i beg to differ"/"THERE WILL BE WHEN I ASCEND" is such an amazing triad
I was SOOOO HYPED when I saw Kingdom Hearts 2 get announced here.
"I am the mouse" will surely go on to be one of the greatest quotes in gaming.
Lmao when did it get announced
@flamemorelikeLAME 🙂
Really? Not El Gigante on Nintendo Switch? Best of the Direct right there tbh
@theinimitablejora522 who’s el gigante? His name is “this guy”
“I am the mouse” played right as I read that 😭
Man, Jimmy's terrifying smile and body just hanging out in the bottom corner for the ENTIRE VIDEO really brings this all together
I love the cutscenes in this game because they look like mid-00's fan animations, they're so pathetic it's amazing
6:44 Joy going absolutely apeshit at Timmy’s face is priceless
the fact the ghost is the straightman in this party truly says something
Man, I used to play this game all the time when I was a kid. I guess all the references of Spongebob wanting to ascend to godhood just flew over my head at the time.
I’m glad they kept Jimmy Neutrons iconic bee-stung cheeks
Man. I remember absolutely loving this game when I was a kid.
@Sinful Shadow I also really liked Attack of the Toybots
I love how Joy’s spongebob voice sounds like peridot
First full penny stream, funny af despite the Nickelodeon themed mental torture
If Nickelodeon ever enters the Monkey Token scene this video will either age greatly or terribly.
I looked on the official Twitter of the Hugh Neutron VA and he referenced the eggman announcement.
I MUST GO LOOK FOR IT
NFT stands for Nick Fuckin' Toons
I want more cursed Nickerson characters having struggles with religious beliefs
Nickerson
Nickerson.

Also the baby tank pisses.
This means, theoretically, Hugh can create a monopoly on Retroville’s cars by repeating this process every time he runs out of people to sell cars to
I've got a fuzzy memory of this episode but can't actually visualize any of it. It's like it's repressed knowledge.
17:16 That picture of Jimmy Neutron looks like an NFT base, good lord
12:12 In all fairness, Spongebob making fun of Texas only happened so he could get Sandy to chase after him and Patrick to the party- it was a ploy to ultimately do something nice for a friend.
"Squirrel Jokes" is irredeemable garbage though.
The "Hi, I'm Paul," was so good, I almost choked on my tea 😭
God, these nicktoon crossover games were like, the first thing little baby fan me ever wrote fanfic about. I legit felt like the characterization was so shallow compared to the shows and there were so many missed opportunities for jokes it motivated me to make them myself lmfao
Joy's screech when Timmy came onscreen was gold oh my god
That intro felt like a 2-hour Joel bit, I rate it 10/10
I love that penny’s danny voice is literally just sonic 💀
"I'm gay."
"That's one more of us that is definetely going to hell."
I SPAT MY WATER.
Sitting here trying to figure out how future historians are going to come across this video and explain the first 3:41 of this video
Why does Timmy’s design just not work in 3D while Jimmy’s design never seems to work in 2D?

@Romanticoutlaw Yeah, that was pretty cool when I saw how Breakin' Da Rules worked around this issue.
That into was, yea it, it was, it, it certainly was.
I keep losing my mind at the fact that doing a Timmy Turner impression is the best way to say the most unhinged shit, but only if you say "Cosmo, Wanda" before you say it
this beginning bit is what we used to do whenever we were supposed to be making power point presentations in class
Joy's screeches of laughter give me life
Sameee
“Gotta blast” patent pending

But Timmy isn't a kid. He's like 60
@genericname2747 wasn't that also a plot point in the show
@themyofmy Yep!
And everyone was better off with a kid dead
Ah yes butch. When a kid wishes they didn’t exist it’s clearly their fault. Classy stuff
I absolutely adore SpongeBob being the most chaotic demigod with an insatiable blood lust, fuckin wild
(Jimmy grabs a gun)
“Gotta blast!”
i laughed so hard at the random i am the mouse that i nearly passed out 😭
I just love how you made SpongeBob unhinged and have an unsatiable bloodlust.
when i was a kid playing this, i legit thought the lag was a neat slow mo feature to make combat easier
Timmy turner homophobia wish is my favorite joke possibly ever
I LOVE how I predicted Ivor the Engine making it into the game! Maybe Jason King, the Mayor of Station Square, will be DLC?
This version of Spongebob would raid apartment complex mailboxes during the holidays to steal as many gift cards, money, and packages as possible.
Danny: The Lord will always be with you
Jimmy: there is no God, only science
Spongebob: There is no God, for I have killed him and replaced his image
Timmy: Cosmo, Wanda? I wish everyone went to hell no matter what
No prison cell can hold Spongebob's insatiable bloodlust
i like the religious in fighting between the childrens cartoon protagonists
I love how almost anytime SpongeBob speaks after his fucked up and evil characterization, the video zooms in on him lol
I never thought about this before, but the premise of Danny Phantom makes the most sense if you picture it as a teenager going behind his parents' backs to try and fix something they made, only to get killed in the process, just for his spirit to then possess his own lifeless body.
Can't wait for #thisguy
My sole memory of this was getting a glitch where the game would crash after the cutscene where Patrick got abducted. For some reason, the only way to stop it was to make Danny use his incorporeal ability before the cutscene.
I love how the whole opening of this is just penny making herself laugh.
The amount of times I thought the Jimmy voice was Mickey Mouse 😭
Considering Mick Gordon composed the music for Attack of the Toybots later in the series, Spongebob being a cold blooded killer, Danny wanting to rob a bank, Jimmy being into NFTs, and Timmy wanting to see the world burn would be fitting for Doom music right now XD
Joy's spongebob voice is on point lmao
Boy, this sure did age well.
NFT: Nintendo's Forthcoming Troll
17:16 That picture makes him look like Leisure Suit Larry
I need a rear time fan Dib of This game
around the 19:06 mark i recognized the “i’m trapped” from the song Labyrinth from Hawaii Part II
Lost it every time a random bit of Labyrinth by Miracle Musical started playing, shocked you didn’t use the “goes straight to hell” line though given how much Hell was brought up
Joy and Penny are my two favorite attacks on the senses
SpongeBob can't pick up a plush toy without straining with effort but he'll carry that computer as far as he can.
6:45 im gonna piss myself- I CANNOT
I watch this video at least once a day
How am I supposed to explain to people why the Kingdom Hearts II bit at the beginning was the most hilarious thing ever
Y'alls comedic chemistry is godlike
you two have the BEST chemistry ever
Da Rules say you gotta commit to the bit.
by the way, i am in love with whoever did the captions for this video, i love you so much
this is the closest we can get to a fandub for this game
Im dying from the mouse at the beginning with that music in the background
