Nice informative video even though you just had still pictures but excellent description. Look forward to watching your radiator hot water shower video.
Rock solid mate. Still have the car, still have that radiator in it. Did a lap of australia. Back of Bourke was a 46 degree day and I was towing, still didn't overheat. very happy with it
Hello, thanks for the great video, i wanted to ask how the new alloy-radiator performs so far in the summer? And what is the link to order it? Tried to find it but could not
Hi. The radiator performed extremely well, we just towed a camper trailer across Australia, once on a 46 degree celcius day, no problems. ruclips.net/user/redirect?stzid=Ugw2CJzLRy5HhiUIJUJ4AaABAg&event=comments&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com.au%2Fitm%2F3Row-Radiator-For-2000-2018-Mitsubishi-Pajero-NM-NP-NS-NT-3-0-3-5-3-8L-V6-Petrol%2F163794212555&redir_token=7vxa5x3ZOV4UdhE9POcwh-4mLSJ8MTU5MTYwMTU0MUAxNTkxNTE1MTQx
@@Unfastened Nice! After watching your video I decided to bite the bullet and installed the same radiator just before my own trip Dec 20th to Jan 1st. 3600km Sydney > Vic Silo art (East & West) trails > SA > Vic south Coast > back to Sydney. Happy with the performance. My analogue temperature guage shows it running cooler than stock even when idling at a stop. The only problem I have is that the fan shroud no longer fits flush onto the radiator due to it being wider. I'm going to have to find a way to seal the gap with some foam or something for even better performance.
Hi! I have a Pajero sport 2.5 and it overheat in low traffic 40°C outside. It also overheat in tough uphills, I renewed the whole cooling sys, cylinder head and block, but it still overheat. I even thought to remove the a/c condensator to have better flow of air. Did your upgrade work? Tell me if it worked to try it in my car! Regards from chile
When u installed the oil cooler, did u measure the volume of the old cooler to the new one and the differance added that oil to the transmission?i bought the cooler as u gave the link and thinking thats what i am going to do about adding the oil to transmission.Since u installed the cooler have u seen a big drop in temp on transmission ?thanx enjoy day
Hi there. I didn't measure before. I just added oil after it was installed until I hit the 'full' mark on the dipstick. I don't have a tyranny temp gage installed but I will say, on my trip around Australia the tyranny took some punishment both towing and off-road. And on most days the ambient temp is well over 30 celcius. And everything runs smoothly. I can tell the standalone cooler is doing its job well.
choycevids ok i have the nt 3.2 diesel so it has the aisan transmission ,no dip stick, but i have done a oil flush on it,so will just add the difference in oil into box,i will keep the hoses to the radiator as is,just connect hoses from bottom of cooler,i get my delivery on friday so install on saturday ,see how it goes, got few freinds also going to buy same one as mine ,thanx enjoy day
Hi, there is 2 barbs on the trans cooler. One accepts oil from the transmission and the other goes back to the transmission. So one is in, one is output. They are both for oil.
Hi. Did you bypass main radiator for ATF? In your old setup, ATF goes into main/original radiotor and then goes to oil radiator. It would be great if you briefly explain
