There are so many similarities in Tears of the Kingdom's music that you can hear in Skyward Sword and it's because both take on the Sky aspect of the game series. Definitely something to look for in the game and how they both connect.

Yep I remember the first teaser that they showed and my jaw fuckin dropped, it was so unexpected seeing as from what I knew abour Zelda having a full on sequel wasn't uncommon, but it was unheard of for the next mainline game minus calmaity warriors, to take place in the exact same world

I held my 6 month old daughter in front of the 75” tv and when link puts his arms out while skydiving and 2:40 hits she put her arms out too cutest shit ever man. And god damn that melody hits me in the nostalgia going back to my brother and his friends beating me up for playing on their Zelda NES save file through to watching them beat ganon in ocarina and watching the giants hold up the moon in Majora’s mask… right to my first Zelda game I ever bought and owned for myself, link between worlds bringing me immeasurable joy during dark times in the army… all the way up to beating breath of the wild a few weeks ago as a father of 2. 2:40 captures every stage of my life in Zelda experiences lol. Seriously though!
As much as I want the part from 3:45-3:55 to be extended for a couple extra seconds, this is still so beautiful to listen to, gets me hyped every time. :)

Nintendo coming in with the original theme of the series at the very end just makes this piece a true masterpiece. @Zyvics that instrument is called an Erhu. It's like a Chinese violin instrument. But played very different than a normal violin. I love that instrument, has a very mournful sound to it.
I cried from pure nostalgia and the direction they’re taking this. The music in totk is so on point especially after you beat the last boss after credits scene
as amazing as it sounds constantly listening to something this dramatic while traveling from point a to point b on horseback would probably become obnoxious and inappropriate quite quickly. it would be better to save this for the credits or a more important part of the game

And I meant that only for the hyrule field area not the others, I think having it for one area that gave back the epicness of the hyrule field

Around 4 years ago its when i started getting into The legend of Zelda, and somehow this game has grown so much into me that in living this as if i had been pkaying for ages
Can’t believe how powerful a song could be. I’m crying with lots of flashbacks while I was playing Zelda in my childhood since Ocarina of time. Can’t deny I had a wonderful childhood and those memories are priceless and will never die. Thank you so much, Nintendo.
Tears of the Kingdoms main theme goes so hard, it’s so Cinematic and I love it, and makes me wish we had a Zelda Movie, but also makes me wonder if any other IPs will go for a more cinematic tone like Pokémon or Mario
I have put this on loop for so long i've lost track with how beautiful this track is. That Zelda theme that pops up near the end made me nearly shed a tear
0:54 is so amazing how it transitions from the beautiful violins to the climax of the 1st trailer. 2:00 the broken up choir into chaos then peace is really amazing too like how there's despair than hope afterwards. And then the almighty sax with the drums and choir in 3:07. And then 3:50 where it sounds triumphant at the end. They really did it right this time.
I’ve always loved Zelda music. I learned how to play some of the OOT, MM and WW songs on the piano while growing up. Listening to this and hearing inspiration from songs all across the series makes me super emotional. I want to hear this live so badly!
I don't even have a switch, but I've always been a fan of the Zelda Franchise and a Massive fan of the music, I still haven't seen any trailers, the final trailer music hyped me up so much, it made me want to save up for a switch and buy one with the game
Still coming back to this after a year, I just cannot get enough of tears of the kingdom. The amount of adventure I’ve always wanted and know could never truly be fulfilled in my life is in that game .
