And those who promote it fail to include people right of center.

It's funny how in America, these "inclusive" groups really do not care at all about the Hispanics, Asians, or any other group other than the darkest variety. They'll use them as pawns for show when convenient, but when it comes down to actual job positions or the like, they do not care about anyone but themselves. What's really funny is how the breaking point for a lot of these people has come after seeing the migrants coming across the border and they're getting all the free money and cell phones that the darker ones here felt like they were entitled to. They've been knocked down a peg on the victimhood totem pole, and they are very upset about it. It's not, and never has been about equality. It's about gimme gimme gimme.
It's exclusive by design and the name "inclusion" is just a disguise. Usual PsyOp tactic.
People who preach inclusion and peace are the most hateful people that want to be seperate from the rest of us with their own privilages. These same people would have been wearing brown shirts in Germany in the 1930s
When I was homeless, I went to my local council for help. They wouldn’t help me because I was told this wasn’t supposed to happen to people like me. When I asked what the hell does that mean? I was told I wasn’t from a minority and I was educated.

I had 14 years experience, was rated 'Outstanding' in appraisals, yet was driven out of my job in the Civil Service by 5 years of pay cuts while others got rises based purely on their demographic tickboxes. I spent three years fighting it in Tribunal before eventually losing on a technicality to a huge team of lawyers that the Civil Service spent millions of taxpayers money on.
DEI has destroyed my life. I can only guess how many thousands of others have also been ruined.
You are a credit to our society, my friend! You deserve better, we all do! This woke, islamicmigrant crap is becoming too much for British people....question is, how long until we burst and let out our anger! I'm proud to be white, I was proud to be British, but now I don't see how I can be. Its sad that our government allows people like yourself, who strived to become educated, have been let down.

@@sirrathersplendid4825 I don't understand what he means by pay cuts, it's basically impossible to get a pay cut in the civil service lol. I know this because I am actually a civil servant. I think this guy is lying. He might be claiming the pay rises are not inflationary and therefore are in practice cuts but I'm not sure. Also the idea that they are just throwing money at DEI candidates is ridiculous, I understand that it fits the narrative but it is simply not true - everyone does the exact same interview to progress between grades.

Matthew Syed argued in his excellent book “Rebel Ideas” that the best form of diversity is actually cognitive diversity, i.e. not everyone thinks in exactly the same way. Yet this is ironically the one form of diversity that is not allowed.

The black ❝farmers❞ ate the the seeds that they were supposed to sew, dug up the irrigation lines & sold it as scrap & ended up having to capture rats & other vermin to eat.

Meanwhile those who told their fellow whites stole their land became rich whilst their country started to collapse and the betting is that these new wealthy black bank their money over seas.
I met South African Indians who were highly experienced nurses who left South Africa and came to London to work. They were telling me about how jobs were going to nurses who had barely qualified and had no experience of specialist nursing (cancer wards ITU, paediatrics, theatre etc).
It doesn’t count depending on who’s starving you and why.
Kicked off the land or more accurately, made part of the land.

You would have to prise them out of their safe spaces first. They wouldn't be able to cope with the harsh truth of DEI and probably all need therapy if confronted with reality.
They would have a melt down because they all need to say “white privileged “, “ white colonialist”, “de-colonification-aid” and “ white saviourism” and if white give talks on how they unconsciously behaved racist against ethnic minorities because you just happened to help them do something without their permission”.

Actually, more than an hour, because with how fast he was talking, I suddenly remembered that I had the option of playing the video at a slower speed.
I work in local government and it’s almost impossible to get rid of incompetent and unproductive staff. Good people come and go, but the bad ones never leave because they know they'll never get such an easy ride elsewhere. Over time this leads to an accumulation of uselessness.
We can laugh at how these policies are putting incompetent people into positions they don’t deserve, but it could be 40 years or more before it works its way out of the system.

I am white. I never used to be racists whatsoever, I have always judged people by who they are rather than what they are. However, because of all the racism out there directed at me, I am getting to feel the same way back. It really pisses me off to see TV adverts that are trying to cancel me and my culture. I know absolutely zero mixed families so who are these guys aiming their products at? A micro minority? I now refuse to buy any products that are advertised in such a way. If you want this Englishman to buy your goods then produce an advert I can relate to. So-called historical documentaries that lie about the ethnicity of our predecessors and our history make me puke. I know a lot about our history and the fact is that sub-Saharan people and their descendants were virtually non-existent in this country before 1947. Why lie about that?

I think I now fall into that category you mentioned where, I once believed that we are "all the same", but sadly now realize, with the support of actual facts and statistics, that we are all very different. And yes, some groups are superior at certain tasks than other groups.
