Thanks for the review! You really nailed on the top 3 Affordable EV and I can't really find any good comparison between the three except for your channel. Kudos to you!
The MG 4 is simply my pick. Omoda E5 is worth considering as long as I choose the model that have multi-link rear, yes you gotta watch out on tech specs. I'd go for E5 EX. It's hard to ignore MG 4's lower ride position as it have lower centre of gravity.
Great video. Comparisons of the Atto and MG4 are hard to come by due to being different builds and (previously) price points. Have driven the Atto and MG4 and found they felt very different. I looking forward to the Omoda E5 being available in Australia.
Omoda looks hard to beat. Anyone got feedback on the company's reputation for spare parts availability, and dealing with warranty claims etc? Some car companies are terrible and some are helpful.
Several Aussie RUclips channel hosts have been invited to visit the factories of Geely and Zeekr, traveling in business class and staying in 5-star luxury hotels. Keep up the good work, and your turn will come.
I have a MG4 SE, it's a fantastic car to drive. The battery in this model is fine to charge to 100% so it's a great car to have around town, to and from work. I previously owned a MG ZST Turbo. It was a bucket of crap, you wouldn't think This car was made by the same company.
Thanks for the comments, always like to hear from owners. Totally agree about the difference between the HS and MG4. Plus we really liked the rear wheel bias. Cheers again.
MG 4 SE (Excite 51) is the one to go for if you're quite tight on budget but it's still a very good car as you can have the same rear multi-link suspension as in.... Essence 64 (Trophy), Long Range 64 and X-Power. I don't even wanna think about MG ZST as I've already got myself a ZS EV. Even I'm happy to go for the MG 4 SE.
@@TarmacLife starts under $40k in Aus and certainly a hatchback. Other 2 are 10k more, so really an unfair comparison. We just bought the Chery E5, pick it up this Fri. Thanks for the review
Good choice, let us know how it goes
Guys the cruise control on the MG is the steering wheel button right above the left star. One press. Easy.
Thanks for watching and comments. Yep we get it now, we're just pointing out that the steering wheel icon is not as obvious as the others.
Omoda E5 looks far far more luxurious than the other two. Also its exterior actually looks sleek and beautiful!
Yeah it does look a cut above

I choose omoda e5 although the rear compartment is just average enough, but interior design much better than atto 3 and other.
Glad i waited. I am looking forward to test drive Neta X ~
