it took me around 30min to do the "Obtain all the knowledge in the creature of Mediah category" A couple of weeks ago they added a new function to track NPC even if u havent killed them once. So u press H and go to ecology open the Media category and track all the NPC u are missing.U will see the Monster u tracked in orange on your minimap. Once I got the knowledge I removed the track to keep focused on the ones I am missing. I ran from altinova up to the north my my horse I just ran all over around and checked my Minimap :) Thank u Levi for ur Guide through this :)
Just as an extra there is a quest the Black Spirit gives you called something to the effect of "Secret Between the Pages" after completion of this book for a +100 fail stacks scroll.
tips on ecology knowledge hunting: you can just press H and click track it will show color blue in your mini map for easy targeting also use witchards or ranger mounted in horse combat very easy to hunt just one click all mobs gone while u are moving in fastest speed, you might also equip some any bird type pet, cron meal, for 50% knowledge chance, if you have eye glasses which was given free on events has 50% knowledge too

actually the last quest was pretty easy and quick (around 2h and i had like 2 entries at the beginning) with that db you put in. imho there where much more tedious quests in bartali log so far.
yeah i did killed around 400 golems and didnt got a part and its on 90% drop chance, looks like it got changed i even asked on chat few times but no one could help me- i guess i will create support ticket about it

You missed mentioning the 100+ failstack that you get for completing the books 1-10...thats for all the work of those Mediah...3 days of those miserable monsters...bleh!

As of 2024-09-04 I only needed 1 Skeleton (5 books instead of 50)

FYI - High Head Stoneback Crab are rocks you need to hit first before they appear on map (if you don't 1 shot them)

You have to right click the scroll in your inventory and make them spawn, Don't interact with the floating cube.
