I found another mistake. Violet's hairband is not made by Edna which means it can't disappear with her. But in few scenes when Violet make herself invisible hairband disappears with her.
The yellow button above the green autopilot button is illuminated in one shot and in the immediate following shot where she actually presses the green autopilot button the yellow button is no longer illuminated... ALSO The zipper on the bag in the first shot is at the top of the bag ie; shed need to pull the zipper towards herself to open the bag however in the following scene she grabs the zipper from the bottom and slides it away from herself. Plus the zipper seems to have disappeared in the following shot (it could be just off screen though).

The zipper on the bag moves several times. The first shot shows the zipper further away from her when the bag is closed. Next shot of the close bag shows the zipper now closer to her. When she opens the bag and move the zipper it ends further away from her. When she picks up the open bag the zipper is now closer to her.
Actually, Dash and Violet escaped the cave from the same side which is the left. If you are facing the cave in the first shot, they exited from your right. The fire in the second scene is basically angled to where the camera is on the other side from them which you be YOUR left. If you were to be positioned behind the cave or on top of it, they would have been exiting to your left in both scenes.

He didn't show this in the video, but in some scenes, specifically during the dinner, Violet's hair is LEFT parted (which it naturally is), but later, her hair becomes RIGHT parted. This happens multiple times throughout the film. I'm guessing it was for the sake of convivence during the production stage as simulating long hair at the time was a huge challenge. They created multiple versions of her hair for different situations. Later in Incredibles 2, this is fixed and her hair naturally stays left parted throughout the film.
Some of these mistakes might been on purpose, those are some things animators do to avoid making useless animations and extend the film needlessy, i believe. There's not BIG mistakes but great video though c: i didn't even notice a single one when watching the movie xD
The fire thing was the same side If you pay attention to the fire, they are running the same direction from the fire the whole time, which means it is just a different camera angle
The controller doesn't seem like a mistake to me because before when the first button was pushed it wasn't spinning while elastagirl presses the button that added a spinning action to the claw.

If you notice that when she pushes the green button, the yellow button pops up as in to what I’m saying is, Helen can only push one button at a time so that’s not the mistake. My theory of the mistake is she doesn’t take off the headset, it just disappears.

The one at 7:30 wasn’t a mistake. It is shown throughout the film that Frozone can use ice that collapses and melts within seconds. For instance, at the start of the movie when we first see Frozone using his ice to ‘fly’ over buildings, it collapses and melts seconds after he slides over it. Also 8:05 isn’t a mistake either, its just that the animation of the fireball looks like it is going in the wrong direction, but that is because they are trying to makes it look fast. Its the same technique as when a propeller aeroplane reaches a certain speed and then the propellers look to be going backwards on camera.

The mistake for number 4 is when in the first scene a yellow button was glowing but when Helen pressed the green button, the yellow button is not glowing anymore.
Because she changed it to green and the mode its on’s button glows so because she changed it, so did the button that was glowing. It was that the zipper switched sides.

unless someone who's an actual pilot can clarify I don't think you need auto pilot for a few seconds just to open a bag how is there a wrong way to open the bag? the zipper could be at either end. If that is the actual error then you need to be more clear on why it's an error we don't see her remove the head set because it's unnecessary, it's just a small cut and it's easy to infer from context
7:55 I'm confused right now... After leaving the cave they were moving to the left (from their view) and moving right from our perspective. At 8:01 you can see the entrance of the cave in the left. They went left before (that's right), but they were still on the left side (from their view). In this case it's just the camera which went from the right to the left side, or not?

Just because u didn't see it or it wasn't near anywhere where u saw it doesn't mean that it was a mistake. She probally catched it when she got to the boat because it changed quickly..

While the robots head is under itself looking for Mr.Incredible, another head pops up above the robot. So for a split second, the robot has two heads.

You missed one! When the plane is about to get hit by the bombs, Hellen dives to save her kids. She didn’t have her bag in her hand as they fell, and you never see the bag near them in the water. But, when Hellen makes a boat, you see the bag inside the boat.
Just because u didn't see it or it wasn't near anywhere where u saw it doesn't mean that it was a mistake. She probally catched it when she got to the boat because it changed quickly..

You missed one. When Mr.Incredible and the robot were fighting close to the lava, Mr.Incredible goes under the robot to hide, and then its head pops below itself. While the robots head is under itself looking for Mr.Incredible, another head pops up above the robot. So for a split second, the robot has two heads.
