I was gonna mention how this reminded me of an old game in 2008 called "Fantastic Contraption" and those pink and orange circles with arrows inside it at 2:50 were actually from that game. Turns out, it is the same developer! Speaking of Fantastic Contraption, you should totally check out! It is a sort of physics sandbox game similar to this one.

I mean, Jeff Bridges deserves a review. He's a really good and very diverse actor, after all.
I would watch that, proper be a low score he maybe a good actor but that doesn't make him a good bridge
@@UtopssAKAPJ Somewhat sturdy, but very rigid with no supports or trusses, an over reliance on muscles, and can only really cover a span of six feet for a short period of time. Nevertheless, while he can't carry people over a large gap or a river, Jeff Bridges can certainly carry a movie in either a villainous or a heroic role, and he has a lovely singing voice. Jeff Bridges earns a score of 3.6/10.

It feels like someone was playing Gave DeV Tycoon, made a game from a strange combination of topics then wondered if that game would really work.
if you want very realistic creature simulator, you shoud try Thrive, its really good game, the only problem it that its in very early stage of development, it has only one fully working stage, and thats one cell stage
I love how the volume of his voice gets lower as he falls off the map. Even the tiny details is why these videos are built like bridges :]

I think RCE would really like Fantastic Contraptions. The clockwise and counter-clockwise symbols on this game made me think of it, and it might be made by the same people.

Is this from the creators of Fantastic Contraptions? The orange and purple icons are from that game. And the gameplay reminds me of that game.
How did RCE not decide, at any point in all of this, to make this creature into The Strongest Shape(tm) and complete a level with a "I *am* doing this, game. Come Hell, high water, and the Four Horsemen, I will drag this nob from here to the end!" mentality? "I am doing this, because the game isn't directly telling me I actually cannot do it on any level in it". I am positive someone has done that for that exact reasoning.

this is why it's specified as BIO engineering so regular engineers can't turn your house cat into a trussed bridge

If your personal "strogest shape" has a bunch of rots and whatnot hanging off of the shaft, you may need a physician.
There's a reason why it's called Bio-"Engineering" and not Bio-"Architecture" because Engineers are superior 💪

So many comments about biblically accurate angels, kinda makes me wonder how a game similar to this would turn out if it were about building a flying creature instead of a walking one. Like the same mechanics as Incredipede but with wings and navigating through aerial stages
A summary of this is matt fixes the architecture that is life using engineering better than evolution
