the biggest mystery that needs to be solved on this show is how such ridiculous stupidity exists in our justice system. The guy commits murder with all the evidence in the world pointing to him and when they get around to arresting him, he flees. The dickens you say. No one saw that coming.

Freeman case- if i was the judge during that particular case i'd throw the book at him 1- life imprisonment 2- avoiding capture 3- G.B.H 4- issue an arrest warrant for his wife- accomplice to the malicious torture- atleast 25-40 years served and then he can rot in hell. The judicial system is there for punishment and rehabilitation - clearly no rehabilitation needed - sometimes i believe whats the point of a criminal being released
on the last story the judge who released the murderer is responsible for the attempted murder of the guy unloading the truck. If he hadn't fallen flat on his disgusting face and failed in his job measurably the the story doesn't happen. More testament of how our criminal system fails in every sense of the word.
