Every time I see this game in action, I'm really impressed by the setting. That church in the beginning of this video, for example, looks awesome. Even though I prefer modern Battlefield, this one might get me back into it.
I still don't get why people complain about this being ww2.. tbh I'm really tired of modern and futuristic shooters! this looks stunning and really fun!
Because this shit gets old quick. I like this one so far but BF1 sucked so did Hardline. I like modern shooters because the guns are nice better attachments. They need to make one with these squad mechanics. My opinion they need to go modern/past/modern/past.... It takes 2 years for then to pump out a battlefield. I love the way the MP40 sounds, kinda sounds like the real thing. Remember, developers most likely edit the gun sounds after recording it and mixed it based off of how they heard it, while they were most likely wearing ear protection.

Is this PC? Game is super fun but a struggle on PS4 right now. It seems like the kill and die ratio is off. 5-6 shots to kill and 1-2 to die. I went from a 3.0kdr in BF1 to a 1in BFV do far 😅
I can't wait to get my hands on it, I loved every moment of the open beta. It feels pretty different from the other BFs since it requires a lot more team coordination and smart decision-making to be really excel. I love how you don't have infinite ammo or health; the new methods to get more are really fun and fluid. Each class also feels super unique, but each is dependent on the others to make a good team. By far the best FPS experience I've ever had. Oh and vehicles don't steamroll like in BF4, everything seems pretty balanced.
Does this game have better progression then BF1? It looks fun but BF1 looked fun too at the start but after 10 hours I felt like there was nothing new to do.
I've been using the assaults first weapon with the 3x on it just spray dudes down from so far away i love it so much, i didnt know the mp40 could get 50 rounds though thats nuts i gotta spend more time lvling medic

I mean I know that a lot of people during ww2 had smg’s like the mp40 or the stg44 but there was a lot more rifle usage than it seems like in this game
Brett A. It was the same in bf1. Nobody used the rifles...... just people playing assault and support. Also, the stg44 was the first assault rifle ever made, isn't a sub machine gun.

Why, BF4 is still playable and holds up to modern games, would rather prefer a Cold War BF game featuring Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan, Arab-Israel wars, etc.
