- The original Twister is a fun movie that for sure scared many young kids like me, and we became afraid of tornados happening.
TV weatherman Bill Harding (Bill Paxton) is trying to get his tornado-hunter wife, Dr. Jo (Helen Hunt), to sign divorce papers so he can marry his girlfriend Melissa (Jami Gertz). But Mother Nature, in the form of a series of intense storms sweeping across Oklahoma, has other plans. Soon the three have joined the team of stormchasers, as they attempt to insert a revolutionary measuring device into the very heart of several extremely violent tornados.
Directed by: Jan de Bont.
Cast: Bill Paxton, Helen Hunt, Cary Elwes, Jami Gertz, Philip Seymour Hoffman.
Release Date: May 10, 1996.

Awesome review i wasn't big on this movie.
Not a perfect movie by any means, but I do enjoy it quite a bit. I miss Bill Paxton every day though
Oh I forgot to ask btw, do you rewatch old movies right before you review them, or do you review them from memory?
Rewatch
I watched the new 2024 one today!!!

@@yanni2112 idk if you’re asking for a review or being rude
@@therandomreviewer8599 not rude just curious
@@yanni2112 It was really good! Tons of action!!!
Twister is fine, I seen it twice as a kid and I revisited it in 2021. I recommend the Nostalgia Critic's review.
JONAS!!!
Yeah!
You should do a retro review for 'The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie' for its 20th Anniversary if you haven't so already. I did one earlier this year on March 14th, The Day That Krabs Fries.
Hi Jacob I like your new haircut of curly hair

I actually just watched this movie for the first time all the way through last night, and yeah, it's a whole lot of fun, but I will say that if it wasn't for the action scenes, this would be a very generic movie.
Also, funny story, the first time I ever saw anything from this movie was also on TV, and it was the drive-in scene. But actually, my introduction to this movie was the Twister ride at Universal Studios which starts off with the opening scene which also scared the shit out of me and me afraid of storms as well.
hmmm what's your best availability? Like mornings or afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, I have a Fair amount availability...?
Very busy next two months. Will work something out in the future onward
Amazing movie
Please do a retro reviews on Independence Day and the rock I hope you give those an A rating
