Powertrain Engineer here (For a Major Manf) and GT3 RS owner. I'll put it this way. Not properly breaking in your engine is basically like taking the car to the local gas station autowash. :D
So cool to see you behind the wheel of the Brewster! Appreciate the different camera angles, gonna be nice seeing you get back into the driving vids. Glad to see you’re making significant progress, and looking great! If anyone can set out to overcome and achieve, the sometimes seemingly impossible, it’s definitely you. -I’ve also been wanting say thank you for the podcasts/wash-and-talks etc, over the better part of a year. You’ve shared a lot of genuine mentor-like guidance and advice that’s very influential for young men like myself. I cannot help but always be reminded of the good examples set by you of how to be and not to be in day to day life.
Great video Matt. Fantastic seeing you out enjoying the Touring. Well done on your changes in your health. Look forward to more GT3 videos in the future.
Love to see the walk around before the drive! That color really comes into its own in the sunlight. Stunning. Sounds fantastic too! Let’s see you wash that sucker!
Car is amazingly great. Sound is, well, perfect. I too put Dundon headers on my 991.2 GT. Left the side mufflers off, and stayed with stock center muffler, very good.
such a classy spec! personally i would have done something loud and ignorant like red or miami blue or bright green. But this is a straight up suit and tie 007 spec, good stuff man
You are toying with a new gear shift. I replaced the stock knob on my GT3 touring because I hated the yellow shift pattern. I put on a solid aluminum shift knob from Function-First. Mine is black with white lettering. I did not alter the linkage at all. The heavier aluminum knob with a positive connection to the underlying shaft, makes for a more positive feeling shift. That’s not why I bought it, but it’s a nice benefit.
Well over a decade ago I checked out Focal's component sets and I actually liked how bright they were because they'd definitely keep up with larger sub woofers instead of drowning out because of all the bass. You're definitely not wrong, they are on the bright side!
Nice drive in the GT3 Matt...can't wait for the stereo amp install and update. Sucks about the endo on the bike...but you strapped it on like a 20 year old...pays to be in good shape!
Matt, Just wanted to thank you for selling me that old red griots garage polisher oh what was it 8 years ago now when you first started the channel. You personally shipped it to me over in Canada. Cool to think about how far you have come. I just used it to do a full correction on my 2012 golf R. It's old, loud, has really little action but it's still kicking ass. Car looks great. Thanks again, Andrew
Matt, I’ve been a fan since 2014 I was subscribed before 20k Can I make just one suggestion? In the edit please have the POV of the bonnet & road filling the screen and the cabin view as a thumbnail in the corner😅 So much nicer to listen and watch the road than to watch the unchanging cabin in 4K for 20 minutes😂❤ Cheers from UK
Hey Matt! My Dundon exhaust arrives today and I'm having it installed on my 992 GT3 Touring at GMP in Charlotte on Monday as well as having the black wheels painted silver at Alloy Wheels also in Charlotte. I'm wondering if you did a mirror tap on your Brewster Green Touring? I cant find a guide anywhere on RUclips and know that you've done many of these for the Uniden R3, which is what I have and could use some guidance before I totally screw it up lol BTW, I agree with other posters on how good you're looking witht he diet change and weight loss! I also dropped 30 lbs and there is no doubt that body and brain work together! Good on you! Appreciate everything you do and enjoy watching your videos!
Matt that’s not dirt, it’s residue from the drying aid. It’s not a knock on any drying aids but they all leave a mild streak that looks like a swirl mark when applied on top of a coated surface. I thought my freshly corrected paint was jacked up until I realized it was the Sio2 based toppers. Tried multiple products with no luck until I tried the Mckees Sio2 waterless wash but only one ounce per 20 oz of distilled water. You have to test the dilution slightly depending on coating type. I never tried diluting OG drying aid but similar dilution with it could yield similar results. It does make the towel a bit grabby so important to use light pressure to avoid marring.
I thought that too, Tbh the whole car at the start looked kinda like it had Holograms all over, Guessing it could be streaks too as don''t think it's seen a Rotary?
Beautiful car, I totally agree with you , I have my gt3 and every time I drive something I always compare it to gt3. On the exhaust, my friend have same set up on his touring PDK and it was , I will repeat your words , very boomy with hallow note, PDK always try to go to higher gear and sound was not pleasant. Car have very little sound foam and it’s loud , very loud inside I never listen music and hardly talk on the phone. Drive it more, it’s amazing, I just cross 10k miles on my
Dundon is definitely the best aftermarket exhaust system. Your car sounds fantastic I’m thinking of ordering the same system for my GT3. One question can you get yellowing with the street headers and cats only because the cats are 200 cell versus stock cats thank you.
Ha, ha... You guys are nuts. I had a giant bug on the hood that I gently wiped with N-914. The car is covered in dust in this video. You are seeing smearing due to that. I washed it the next day. All is good. Imagine a life where everyone looks to catch you slipping. Ha, ha... I secretly love the challenge.
Amazing exhaust! Whats your backstory re: 991.1 C2S? You were talking a little bit about it re: PSE. Have a 991.1C2S PSE with an AWE switchpath exhaust and i think its incredible!

So you went mountain biking, fell, then took an ice plunge then drove in the GT3?! What a day!!!
Shifter acts like it is a non-mechanical linkage type. Very smooth. 👍😊

Matt…that is one great car! Lots of work…awesome results. 👍
Sounds amazing!!
The frunk lid looks hazy/swirly - is that just product being spread around during drying on top of the PPF?
I saw that too. My first thoughts as well.
Car is just dirty.

Is it me or does the frunk look like it’s got a bit of haze/holograms to it? Perhaps the lighting or camera playing tricks lol
Ha, ha... No

This has been my plan:
"Let’s talk supplements. Those of you that have been around a long time have seen me change physically and struggle with panic/angst. It’s been a long road from making videos and journaling on the side to getting fired from my career then the obsession of building out the OG business. I’ve spent the better part of the last 7 or 8 years creating an infrastructure to take the weight off of me mentally as well as working on figuring out who I am.

We all know, I’m not so good with simple moderation. So I’m going to do it my way. Part of this post is to generate some accountability, but also to start the conversation about supplementation and health in general. I’m posting my plan below, so let’s discuss.
Supplement Protocol
Simple Workout Plan:
Daily Upon Rising: Weeks (Push ups) - 1 (15), 2 (20), 3 (25), 4 (30), 5 (35), 6 (40), 7 (45), 8 (50), 9 (55), 10 (60), 11 (65), 12 (70), 13 (75), 14 (80), 15 (85), 16 (90), 17 (95), 18 (100)
Saturday: 8AM Santos Ride (20ish miles) Take Fruit for Mid-Ride
Sunday: Run/Ruck (Long)
Monday: Crossfit
Tuesday: Crossfit - Run/Ruck (Short)
Wednesday: Crossfit
Thursday: Crossfit - Run/Ruck (Short)
Friday: Crossfit
Eating Plan:
Week 2: Keto Light (Last Week)
Week 3: Keto Full (This Week)
Week 4+: Carnivore w/ Eggs and some dairy until I get to 220lb.
After 220lb: Carnivore with Fruit added down to 210 lb.
Supplementation: In order to learn what feels right, I’ll need to give each added supplement a week to see how I’m doing with it. This is going to take 3 months or so of blood tests, trial and error, and testing different combinations. I suspect focus related supplements will not work for me as they may induce anxiety.
Much of this is based on Andrew Huberman’s recommendations: ruclips.net/video/tLS6t3FVOTI/видео.html
Blood test for tracking results: siphoxhealth.com/pages/pricing-un-an
Sleep: Done!
Week 1
GOOD Apigenin: Anxiety lowering compound and aids in falling asleep

*Then try both for Week 3.
Week 4
GOOD Add in: Inositol 900mg - Shortens amount of time to fall back asleep and helps with mood.
Week 5
GOOD Switch to: L-Theanine 100mg - 400mg depending on body weight and experience on what is effective: May need to avoid if I have nighttime awakening and vivid dreams. This helps in falling asleep.
Week 6
Try both if both are okay.
Week 7
GOOD L-Carnitine
Morning:
GOOD AG1, Progenex More Muscle w/ Momentous Creatine, Vitamin D, Multivitamin (I know all of these are good and work for me.)
Week 1 10g of Creatine
Week 2+ 5g of Creatine
Cold Plunge for 3 minutes everyday
- Week 1 50 Degrees
- Week 2 48 Degrees
- Week 3 46 Degrees

Week 9
Fadogia Agrestis 8 Weeks on 2 Weeks Off 600mg - Stimulates hormone production.
Week 10
Tangat Ali No cycling necessary - Stimulates hormone production. - Started
Week 11+
Start trial of cycling these in combinations.
Week 13+
Consider trying Alpha GPC (Possibly pre-workout) and Tyrosine (You can crash afterward) - I’m worried these will induced anxiety as they are for aiding in focus.
Finally Add-in Zinc Picolinate"
