Well, it’s months later and are you still like the Mike? I’ve never shot one but use the Carter Quickie Plus for several years now. Hard to really see but are you commanding ( punching) or pulling through the shot? I found on some bows I needed to shorten the DL like a 1/4-3/8” so I could actually pull thru the shot and it would fire. I had to do this to make it fire easier without me having to exaggerate my pulling to what felt like a ridiculous amount? It fires so easily. As the pin settles into that last little float I just apply pulling with my back muscles and it fires. I like it set up this way so when I’m focused hard on the target spot the firing is practically automatic. When my mind and vision become so intently focused downrange the arrow nearly always hits exactly where I need it. I also have a thumb release set up to perform the same way.
Yes, i do command the shot, my Achilles heel. I am pretty accurate but i know i could do better. I do not have that release, great release just did not like the reset.

Just the nose button. I have both on.my halon but taking the kisser button off.
