I think your recipe is very closed to original one according to you use dried cooked rice before roasted and put garlic pickles in this recipe. This recipe is very delicious.
I'm going to give some of this a shot! I just got back from Laos a couple months ago, and felling in love with everything about the place! I was even blown away by the peanuts and lime leaves served with meals! The "Khan gee?" I got from a street vendor is now one of my favorite breakfast foods!
