I’ve seen in at least two separate videos where Love is questioning a witness and the defense objects to Love’s referencing evidence that they’ve never seen and the judge overruled each time. HOW!?! Love has an obligation to turn over everything to the defense and shes refused to be ethical in that duty on multiple occasions. It’s sneaky, it’s dishonest, and it’s appalling!

These District Attorneys are able to argue with the judge and be rude, even yelling at the judge. He does not tolerate this from any of the defense. This is the biggest waste of tax payer money on the planet. A weak RICO case, terrible prosecution team, and a hot head judge. Just bad all around. Also, the judge has a serious pattern of hearing potential motions being brought forth to him by the defense and he always responds, “we will deal with it later if it comes up.” Cut to two months later the issue comes up and the judge blows up, “YOU SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT THIS FORWARD EARLIER!!!” He’s just so unprofessional. The judge wastes so much time fighting with the attorneys versus actually moving the trial along. This has resulted in the trial being 6 months in and not even halfway done yet!
