Wich kind of grinder do you use?
Thanks and I don’t use a grinder, I use easy wood tools carbide cutters so one they are blunt you just turn them until all side are full then you just replace the cutter 👍🏻

That is a simon Hope inertia sander, it has a bearing inside it and rotates with the piece of wood, hope this helps @@davidbroux964
