for me it takes away from the horror of the backrooms and liminal spaces. music is too comforting and familiar and it makes the space feel safer immediately. nice touch though and i loved the musical choices in this one
Personally i enjoy to vibe to safe, nostalgic backrooms levels with nice music and panoramas more than the creepy ones. Imagine wandering around in the backrooms stoned, listening to mus, while not being afraid if something is gonna jump on you
Are we slipping into the backrooms in our dreams sometimes? Infinite multiverse which means that it probably does actually exist in infinite forms itself. I would have taken the raft ride though, it's probably infinite as well.
@Duskbluesky I had one the other day and I was on a quest for sausage through an infinite apartment complex/restaurant for some reason. I was on some deep level obviously.

The locals, a group known as The Newcomers, call this orb “The Eye”. The red orb within the sky has unknown origins, and may be a celestial body, an Entity, or other anomalous object. It's a cool utilization of music. Cause usually it's just the writing on the walls that's sarcastic. Like above the slides. It's nice to hear some villain bullying sound track not just a scribble to read
Just wanna say the speakers playing music, but making horrible screeching noises RIGHT AFTER he looks at the camera is like the EASIEST, BIGGEST warning ever. Don't know why he didn't book it as soon as that happened, no way I can see that someone could extrapolate this to a coincidence.
I loved the visuals, but would watch on silent next time as the lack of Foley design is lazily replaced with music that keeps fading in and out. The work is amazing other than that pretty glaring and obvious issue.
