@acwano kazapple is my favorite spell. It does ALOT of damage. As for ability, the Monster Wrangler has a GOOD ability called Monster Pile-On. Does HIGH damage against single enemies but will hit 4 times at random agaisnt a group. 4 times agaisnt a single enemy too however which is where the high damage attack comes into play. Combine that with the Monster Wrangler's Wild Side ability, which gives 2 attacks and damage can hit even higher.
About wildside, its effect can stack with the duplic hat Duplic hat is a rare headgear that echoes a spell cast...meaning if you used wild side with a duplic hat equipped, *you can cast the same spell up to 4 times in a turn* Watch your MP
It doensn't but in this remake all the EXTRA spells copied by it I believe they WILL COST MP PER cast instead of it being Free/0 per use spell damage by games end even at lv 99 sucks anyways and on Dracky mode you can't die so theirs no need to use Multi heal like 4 times iN 1 turn either.
Too bad 1 of the things it doesn't DO is allow the churches that get summoned that way to SAVE the game which WOULD BE useful but ONLY in a version of DQ3 that doesn't HAVE Auto/quick saving it in while the Switch Collection of DQ1 to 3 did have Auto Saves those were temporary but the Save states you COULD make in that version are permanent in that you don't lose those upon saving the game. While this remake DOES have those save states usable from the In game menu THOSE saves get deleted as soon as you load them up the Auto Saves in this remake are kept.
Something I forgot to mention, dont expect crazy levels of damage from call to arms. Its just a fun addition to the list. Although I wonder how much damage it does at level 99 if you have the money.
The sage also learns this spell. My only recommendation for not changing class at level 20 is so you get higher stats when you do change. I'd always recommend waiting till level 30. I changed my priest at level 20 to a sage and she actually has the lowest stats out of all of my party. Everyone else got the 30+ level treatment first. She was a vamp into a genius to get higher wisdom.
@claycountryxwing10 I agree sage gets the spell, most likely later. And yes you can turn a mage into a sage. Or turn the mage into as anything else. Warrior, mage, or monster wrangler. Like I got a priest in the party as well. But no need for him to be a sage if mage does. And I trying to get my martial artist his ability to own metals. I would say ch as nga between 40 and 50. After you have all spells, abilities of job. Seems 40 gets all spells 45 or 50 abilities for attackers.
Maybe some of the gadabout abilities!i used whistle a whole lot for metal slime grinding, and i also heard about the spell boost ability it gets, although i haven't actually gotten that one yet
Heya bud, Wildwide is insanely broken. I just used it on a warrior with monster pile on. Baramos was taking 900+ damage each activation.. 🤣 He used blasto on my hero super early so I was fighting with three characters. A sage(priest), monster wrangler(thief), warrior (monster wrangler). Between them he was taking over 2000+ damage each turn.. 🤦♂️
I love Service Call but dang it if it dont suck to get Item Shop/Church 6 times in a row, running out of MP when you want an Inn lol. It's the equivalent of Tempering in Diablo 4; Good when you get what you want. Animal Instinct, Nose for Treasure, Snoop, Padfoot, and Tick Tock are great to cut down a lot of the guess work and grind most of the game. And Puff will guarantee dead metal slimes if they stick around the 1, 2 turns for mage characters.
I've been waiting and waiting for my bodybuilder priest to get Kazing before going to Warrior. Imagine my disappointment when I finally hit level 38 and it didn't happen. Still trying for 39, hopefully it's no higher than that
Have wildside on all my characters you can just get 50 monsters(don't need a wrangler to do that) lvl wrangler to 20, you learn wild side and monster pile on on that first battle then just switch to what you want unless you want CCC cold,(i never lvled wrangler to 48 yet,so,not sure how good that is.
I do but NOT against the weakest metal slimes especially for the Warrior/Martial Artists classes both need 47 to 50 levels to learn their final moves and by LV 30 for both classes the weakest metal slimes aren't worth killing for another 10 to 20 levels for at least those 2 classes.
@veghesther3204 go to Slime Island in Alefgard. Go to Galen's house. Then to the right of it you will see 2 islands. The smaller one is where you want to go. You will ONLY fight slimes....OF ALL TYPES. Some fights will have 10 metal slimes. Others will have UP TO 8 liquid metal slimes. BEST PLACE IN GAME to quickly level up. Can get ALL abilities for ALL classes within 2 hours each. Have 2 or 3 going at once and it drops the overall time.

Interesting
I’m guessing it’s best to keep this hat in your pocket to equip it once you’ve entered wildside?

It's a good idea
Changing equipment in battle doesn't cost a turn

Not everyone is fearful enough to play on dracky mode
Double multiheal can be useful when your party HP is in the red
Service Call saved my broken marriage.
Service can do many things so im not surprised😂

@@veghesther3204 fam. We're talking about my once-broken marriage here. Stay on topic.
With sevice call it sounds like you can stay inside a dungeon indefinitely since you can use it to heal your whole party and recover MP.
Pretty much yeah. since the innkeeper heals your MP.
To a point yes. If you run out of gold you can't use the inn.
Its only 400 gold PER in so by the time you can use Service call I had well over 100,000+ Gold unspent.
Something I forgot to mention, dont expect crazy levels of damage from call to arms. Its just a fun addition to the list. Although I wonder how much damage it does at level 99 if you have the money.
AT lv 99 it would likely COST as close to the max 999,999 gold you can carry just by using it ONCE.
Mage gets a spell around 36. It turns you into a dragon and the next turn fire attacks all, including metal slimes. Very useful for exp grinding.
Thats good to know! I guess it could be an option to spend more time as a mage.

Yeah, wildside is beyond broken. I have it on my warrior and martial artist.
Can you do a video just listing the spells each class gets? I can’t find any list except one that lists ALL spells
I'll do that as soon as I get all the info. Im still not sure about some classes.

the range is usually 2lvl max. From what ive seen so far. so you should get it a 39 or 40
I’m running 3 priests, once they get all their spells they’re going to class change. I’m level 29-30 currently so yeah gonna be awhile.
Praise be, at level 39 I got Kazing and now my Bodybuilder is a warrior. Now the stats make sense lmao

Thanks man! I'm glad you enjoyed the vid
I still haven't understood class changing. Do i keep my stats? Do i keep my abilities? Can i class change indefinitely?
I made a class changing guide!
tldr: you keep your abilities and half your stats
You keep your spells and abilities but your lv is rest to lv1 and stats are reduced. But it all works out.

You still need to become a monster wrangler and grind to lvl 20. But thats very fast in the late game.
Try to rename your Hero to Zzzz 😂😂😂😂 easter egg
Where can you rename your hero? I thought you could only rename party members
