Wild World of Golf is the closest thing they have to golf content like this video.

Tourist Sauce has a handful of golf shots per 20+ minute video and very rarely actually in context of the round. If you want to call a travel vlog golf content that's on you. I was a caddie at Erin Hills for many years .... that course is so pure but also can be a beast given any day or conditions ...... I loved working there .... I also caddied at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin ..... really some great courses there .... my top 3 are 1. ERIN ...2 RIVER AT BWR 3... WHISTLING for the big name courses in Wisconsin ..... Sand Valley is making its way up there
I love cracking a beer, sitting back and watching these videos, the technical work is well-done and the storyline always comes with a wide range of interesting technical information, golf, a US Open course, and 3 guys who are each at least +8 on the front side but still think they are having a good round and are going to break 80. You just gotta love that rum-cherry nougat goodness in the center of a video that's firing smoothly on just about every cylinder but has that one off-beat going on somewhere between the foreground and the background. Don't think about it too much. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
According to the course handicap formula (Erin Hills is a monstrous 77.9/145): Chris (+1 HCP) gets 5 shots (Adj Par 77) Ken (3) gets 10 shots (82) Vaibhav (4) gets 11 shots (83) Alex (14) gets 24 shots (96) Alex's perceived index (my index of 22.8) gets 35 shots (107) Especially for the first time on this course, they're playing some great golf.
Just found this channel and I'm really enjoying it. Some of the narration is laugh out loud funny but also expresses what we feel out there. What a monster course that becomes apparent when "average" golfers take it on (Alex would take my money in stroke play....).
Episode 3 coming in with a bang and tbh 37 minutes felt like 5 sadly. This awesome video just flew right thru the time-space continuum leaving you wanting for more. EAL and the entire team does an amazing job yet again throughout this series and it almost makes you wish you could follow them as well as Chris, Ken, Alex and Vaibhav around the world and watch them experience other beautiful golf courses as they compete with themselves to break 80 or 90 or 100 or even 110. I cannot wait for the final video. Keep up the fun guys.

10:35 is Holy Hill. It is a Catholic Shrine and Minor Basilica, not a monastery, and is not the highest point in Wisconsin (that would be Timms Hill). It is, however, a major tourist site for the area and worth checking out once in your life, even if you're not that religious and just like beautiful buildings and art.

I love Chris bringing up chambers bay. I live around there and play it about once a month. They renovated their greens 2 years ago in all the backlash they got from the us open. The place is so pure now.

I'm 42 and have been a play once or twice a summer kind of guy for my whole life... but this past summer I caught the bug big time. I purchased my own clubs (instead of the package set of Cougars my grandfather gave me 15 years ago), started binging on a few RUclips channels trying to get the fundamentals of my swing right (Steve Johnston PGA, Rob Cheney my two favorites) and I gotta say, I've improved A LOT in a single season. I've broken 100, came close to breaking 90 and I hope that next season I'll be able to see a few scores in the 80's. It's really just boiling down to consistency at this point. Watching Chris smoke the ball while being a fellow skinny bloke like me helps, though he has so much flexibility in his back swing that I just don't currently have... perhaps some yoga during the winter will help. I'd love to be able to play courses like this, but I don't think I'm ready, and probably can't afford it either. Still, fun to watch.

Love this series. Someone please let EAL know that the hole handicap does not designate difficulty. Hole handicaps are rated based on the difference in scoring between a scratch golfer and an 18 handicapper. Hole 13 may be the 18 handicap hole because everyone makes 5 there. Awesome Series.

I had a colonoscopy pretty young, and it wasn't bad as long as it's not too far from your house. Prep wasn't too bad. And you're asleep for it. The fun part was the insane amount of gas afterwards! Go get it done Erik!
