Hi my dear may god bless you but if u want it to eat them cook them first very good because i'm not sure if these kidneys can be eaten raw normally they eat the liver raw the meat raw if its fresh but the kidney prefer to be cooked : )
It was okay - I found some none Halal meat which is not slaughtered to Satan and tried it. Would have been nice with some green herbs like Persille I think.

One mistake you made you did not take of the root of the filter.You should cut whight middle sercals this way when it cooks it don't smell.
You didn’t remove all of the filter membrane, which is very chewy when cooked
