I want to start out small and just buy a plot of land and let people park their rvs there. No water or sewage hookup initially. Any idea if i will need to build a road? Or can they just park in grass since it’s my private property.
@@DebtFreeDoctorJeffAnzalone I'm still looking at deals for my first RV investment; perhaps analysis paralysis. From what I have seen, I like the idea of purchasing a park with 20% site coverage then adding on more sites or glamp sites so you don't have to start from scratch with the city. Then looks like many do well with renting golf carts, adding stores, and many other revenue streams. What is your opinion Jeff and what is the best way to add value to parks?
@@tysongrona6604 The park we bought had 5 playgrounds. We realized that 3 of them were on top of existing pads. Low hanging fruit is going to be removing them to rent 3 new spaces.
Excites me how this doesn’t get many views 👀
Your interview here is solid thanks for doing it
So interesting I gotta watch again

Check your local zoning laws and regulations first.
RV Parks are my next venture. Working on it right now. Super excited to develop my new RV Park venture.
We just purchased a mobile home park in South Louisiana with 19 RV slots. They stay booked out year round.
@@DebtFreeDoctorJeffAnzalonehow did you find it and would you mind telling us the cost to purchase?
The value add of multiple revenue streams of RV parks are incredible.
We're currently buying one in TN. What do you do to add value to your parks?
