Carlton Sheets taught me 25yrs ago how to buy parks. Friends thought I was crazy, now I’m a multi millionaire. BTW those old friends we are no longer friends
Currently working with sewer in trailer park maintenance. I have seen so-called flushable wipes, make up, toy balls, plastic bottles, tampons, other trash, pills, Q-tips, mice, and sticks.
I live in California. I want to buy such deal in Northern California on a suburbs near Manteca or even Fresno or something close to Yosemite. Do you guys know where I should get started?
I stayed in an RV park, $225 monthly, plus electric, which was never over $25. Salt water pool, laundry, showers, restrooms, kitchen with access to fridges. Snacks , workout room, pool table, ping pong, ice available, Wi-Fi, lake views. RV spots are getting too expensive, like every thing else.
It all depends on which state and city or town where you are staying. I live in a 5th wheel full time in So Cal - Inland Empire area so not by the beach and I pay $725 a month plus electricity. Of course by the beach they get super expensive. But rents are higher for an apartment than living in an RV. I would love to own an RV park. ❤
250?? Dam thats cheap…here in the mountains of NC you cant rent a spot for less than 800 dollars a month….im seriously thinking of going in on a piece of land and starting with about 15 spots…i have about 250-350k to start out with and hope thats enough
Submeter! These situations lead to folks keeping their heat way up all day long. No motivation to conserve. If power is $250 of the total the owner isn't covering expenses.
Hey Mark! Awesome! You can squad up with my subto students by joining the elephant challenge community they are all in there! www.pacejmorby.com/invite
@pacemorby Hello Mr. Morby I am looking to start my own rv park. I currently live Yuma, AZ. You mentioned you had a park in Yuma. I would love to help/learn the ropes around your park if possible. Im a mechanical engineer and can be great help. Not asking for money, more about the experience. Thank you! Hope to hear from you soon.
I'm putting out a video about my Yuma trailer park in the next couple of weeks. For now, I would squad up in the free FB group paceapproves.com/freefb-ytc
I don't know who was operating that camera but if you're not proficient in operating expensive gear with manual focus and all that stuff, use a freaking phone dude!!!!
