- Django flying free after 8 seasons sitting in a Mew, picked him up from a Falconer that didnt have time for him, he was a bit Rough around the edges when i got him, after a good moult and a good Coping hes looking fresh , and keen to get going again, he had very little breast muscle and ZERO stamina, after a few weeks flying hard to the lure His power and style has got better every Day, having so much fun watching his flight style , A great little Character chasing Ravens and putting song birds under pressure with his fast agile flights 👍 only a matter of time until he gets his first catch 👍
Very beautiful video and congratulations for the commitment you are having with him and for the results you are having! 👏👏
Beautiful footage and awesome bird 😍
Brilliant! You done a good job on him , little sod feeling good and getting cocky with the raven. Brilliant . I bet Santer got a shock when he called for his milk and bikkies. lol
It’s really cool to observe you training your falcon, they are very cool and so fast
Thank you he is very fast its hard to get the full feeling of how fast he comes in as he passes the lure its great fun
Nice to see. Thanks for sharing.
Great video and the slowdowns of the lure grabs were awesome. Lucky bird to get picked up by someone commited and capable!
Thank you very much im delighted you liked it , i still have much to learn about lure swinging it gets very tricky as hes so nimble he can often tie me up in knots🤣🤣

The best lurying video I've seen. Great footage, I can get the excitement as if I was the one lurying him. Great job. He looks very, very fit and ready for taking prey.

Amazing work! One question, is this type of exercise used for the goshawks as well?
Thank you , no i found the Goshawk will fly to the swing lure but not over and over again like a falcon, after one miss or Pass of the lure the Goshawk looses intrestet👍
@@tangostalons5807 And what is the best method to strengthen a hawk in training in your opinion? thanks for the reply!
@@C.Iradier for me getting out and flying as often as you can with the hawk get them chasing prey as much as possible they learn to try harder with every close miss. And on Rainy days i used the high jump method , so stand on a 6ft ladder and have the hawk right under you on a low perch like a bow perch then use a tiny bit of food to call them straight up Vertical , over and over again to build up explosive power , the hawk will need to work hard to fly straight up for the reward they will get tired quick but gain fitness over time , my harris and goshawk could easly fly 6 -10foot straight up aprox 50x times when fit... you can also add a light rope like the size of a washing line to the hawks jesses as they do this exercise this will add just enough extra weight to get the hawk to work even harder..... in the beginning dont exhaust the hawk , work up over a few days , start with 5x or 10x high jumps and always finish on a nice size reward for the hawk 👍👍
@@tangostalons5807 Thank you very much for the answer and for explaining the exercise to me, I will put it into practice without a doubt. Next year I will acquire my goshawk, I am thinking of an Iberian goshawk, typical of my land. I subscribe to your channel and I will be waiting for the next videos!
@@C.Iradier great stuff i have heard the spanish Goshawks are the perfect size 👍👍👍
