Matt is seriously one of the most talented photographers l know. Keep making these videos. They’ve helped young photographers like me so much. All the time spent planning, filming and editing them are worth it and we are so thankful for it. Thanks westcott! Thanks Matt! Cheers!!

Awesome video! Matt is fantastic and he crammed alot of very useful information into a short video. I recently jumped into the FJ400 world (with my Nikon D850) and love it! I will be adding a second one into my kit. Thanks Westcott!

Big help Matt, watched you video early yesterday morning, took a few notes, drew a few stick people for the posses when down to the ground did a photoshoot with a young female football for her America scholarship portfolio. We only had fifteen minutes but thanks to your help very successful. No time to set flash up but a bright sunny morning so used the natural light. The pose with the young lady with the ball again her head was brilliant and mum now would like that blown up for her wall. Good stuff. I'll watch your editing video when I get chance.

Love the workflow and Matt’s amazing composition. After researching a lot and I mean Lot. Purchased a FJ400. Love it love it. Everything about it is solid and well thought out. Was a little worried at first but theirs literally next to no learning curve. The menus are intuitive and looking forward to making my clients and me happy. (Saving to purchase 2 more by the way). Thanks Matt for a wonderful video and incredible work.

Thank you for sharing your work. It really is helpful to see how you work and the images you produce. I liked the follow up post video too. For your gear, what light strands are those? I have some less expensive ones and I'm tied of fighting with them to open and close. These look solid and well built. I'd like to get some that will last and work. Thanks!

Great photos but I'd say start of with showing each picture and then discuss your thinking and planning for that shot along with the music backed section of you shooting.
I'm not trying to be negative but I got a bit lost in the talking which dominated the video.

Matt, at what power are you setting your lights at for the Action, and portrait shots? Plus how far are you putting the main light away from the subject when shooting each?

Matt-Thank you for the videos...I want to strobe a basketball game, and use HSS. The gym I am getting into has a track around the court. Is HSS an option? Bare bulb strobes will be about 30-40 feet from the court.

He talked so much, and repeated things so much, that even the young lady got tired of it. This could have been done in less than half the time.
