I’m currently selling Richardson 112 for $16.00 each (5,000 stitches) with a 1 time setup up $40.00 and a 12 hat minimum per color. Running two single head machines, in a farming community with the next embroiderer 14 miles away. Just sharing, so we can start a conversation, I might find out that I need to review my pricing.
Sounds like there's room for up-selling since stitch count is relatively low. I would review pricing every year and calculate total time vs total price. 12 hat minimum is a good idea, keeps the small, non profitable jobs to a minimum. Thanks for the comment.
Thank you so much for educating on pricing. I’ve definitely lost money but looked at it as investment to set up for the ability to sell hats. I’ve had my Ricoma for one year this first year has been mostly learning and gifting getting my name out there. I work full time so this is part time and hoping to get my business going to where I can eventually replace my income. It’s not been easy. Your videos are a blessing. I need to put a flyer together and go visit some local businesses to let them know what I can do and get going. Thank you!
Thank you so much for all your help with these videos. We are just starting our embroidery business and we are learning so much from you!! We look forward to more videos.
Thanks for this information. The cost of items and how much to sell them for always comes up in my embroidery groups. I hope it is OK that I shared your post. 👏
@@RomeroThreads learning how to digitize myself, studying your work, do you still put your class DST files on your RUclips member page? I would like to see how you set your stitches up. 20 bucks a month well worth it for the education. Appreciate it. Great work!
