    I love how concise you were. So many people talk waaaaay too much. They will take 30 minutes to say what could be said in 10. People are busy so their time is extremely valuable. Another thing, could you do a video about toppers (water soluble, iron away, etc.) and one about cover up stabilizers (so the material won’t show through the thread). They both improved my embroidery substantially and I’m positive it would be just as helpful to your viewers as this video was.

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  2 года назад

      Yes!! I know we are all busy, the last thing I want to do is add unnecessary info just to make the video longer. Thank you for the comment and the observation of time. I will add a video of toppers on my to-do list.

    Thank you 🙏 I am spending a lot of time online reading and watching videos to come to conclusions about what I should buy regarding needles, threads and … Your video is very informative and to the point.
    Question:
    I already bought Fil-Tec Clear Glide Plastic Sided Machine Embroidery Bobbins - 100 Bobbins Style L Black,
    Coats Astra Spun Bobbins Size L White (144 Bobbins) , andNEB Bobbins for Embroidery Machines: Box of 144 - Style L - BLACK from AllStitch. How are the qualities of these? I am a beginner and at a practice stage. I don’t mind to order magnetic type.

      Yes you can use both. They both are similar, DBxK5 has a slight larger eye, but I use both with no problems.

    I have been asked t embroider a set of satin gowns for a wedding party. I have never embroidered satin, would you recommend a no-show backing or something a little firmer, and change my needle set to a really fine set of needles?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  2 года назад

      I never embroidered a satin gown, but I would use cut away because satin material will want to pucker. I would compare them to a very thin silky polo shirt where I would use 2 pieces of performance cut away. Since this is your 1st time, I would suggest having an extra similar gown to test on.

    When using Mighty Hoops do you need to use spray adhesive?

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  2 года назад

      Thank you for the comment. No, you do not have to spray adhesive. Spraying adhesive is necessary when doing an appliqué project or if your using a big size hoop. Of course, certain projects and certain projects can use spray. Sometimes its just personal preference.
