After resetting this it keeps coming back every time I start windows install. I’m about to take a hammer to it. So it clears every time but it comes back. How do you fix that? I can’t get windows installed on a new hard drive.

Thank you worked like a charm on my Acer. Have a fix for the battery saying charging but never getting to 100% only 99% blue battery light stays yellow Windows 8.1. Thanks again:)
@@asatechnical Acer es1-732 with 1TB original storage device original. HDD was failing and I was installing a much smaller SSD. I ended up making a Win10 install media and putting in fresh windows. Was not prompted for a license key. The install found a key in the UEFI.

The music is so off-putting and distracting from what you are saying. You are interesting enough without spicing it up. Like trying to talk in a nightclub. Not conducive to this type of video in my opinion. I like the music though, dirty drop a few minutes in :) maybe a little softer though on next one.

If your PC has boot password then at first disable it before installing OS. And did you set HDD password before? if yes, then at first disable it. After OS installation just re-enable again.

My Lenovo laptop having SSD password protected, now BIOS not allowing me to remove or change the password, If I replace the SSD then will it solve?

Seems a bit excessive, a 5 minute video to say remove the battery, press the power button for 30 seconds and replace the battery.

I had to take mine apart in order to disconnect the battery. It worked though.
It worked and unfroze the hdd it but then it was frozen again on next boot up. But even with it unfrozen the computer never booted up completely
