Akko just have a way bigger list of and much more dangerous hax than Luz ever had, and since a non-standard form such as Titan Luz is included, the fair thing to do is to give Akko the Blessed Robes and the Grand Triskellion, which allowed Akko to recreate and restore the Yggdrasil and it's unlimited magic pool, which is important because it's say to be able hold the stars and planets in the sky, making Akko way too strong for Luz to handle even with the Titan form
Anne and Luz connections:
-Both are brown-skinned, brown-haired, teenage girls who are of none-white ethnicity (Anne is Thai-American/Luz is Dominican-American)
-Both have an interest in Fantasy, Anime, and are associated with a certain sport (Tennis/Grudgby)

@TheRealMariobrine both shows had a joint panel at Comic Con in 2021 where the main members of each development team got together and made a script for a hypothetical crossover episode between the two shows, they had a live reading of this script during the panel. It's the closest both got to an actual crossover (before Chibiverse that did have a dedicated crossover episode)

- The battle begins with Akko relying on her magical prowess, transforming Shiny Rod into its bow and arrow form.
- Deku, in turn, activates One For All at 20% to dodge and counter attack by throwing it off course with St Louis Smash, then blitzing around the battlefield at top speeds and power to overwhelm Akko, who can’t hit him with the bow form.
- Akko attempts to gain an advantage by using her Shiny Balai, turning her Shiny Rod to a Magic Broom to swiftly fly across and navigate the battlefield, gaining mobility above Deku’s blitzing.
- Deku responds by utilizing One For All to enhance his mobility, leaping and using Float to fly at max speed in mid-air, trying to knock her out of the air with Delaware Smashes.
- Akko decides to switch to the offensive and casts her Heat Blast Spell, sending a concentrated bolt of heat radiation towards Deku. He reacts quickly, using One For All to evade the attack with impressive acrobatics mid air.
- Deku counters by activating Fa Jin, after repeatedly spinning in the air, releasing a burst of explosive energy, creating a shockwave that disperses another of the incoming heat blasts.
- Akko, realizing the need for a powerful spell, chants the First Word: Noctu Orfei Aude Fraetor. Shiny Rod transforms into a massive bow, shooting explosive magical arrows towards Deku.
- Deku counters by using Blackwhip to redirect the arrows away and back at Akko while launching more air compressed blasts at Akko.
- Akko, showing determination, switches to the Second Word: Phaedoari Afelgorr, turning Shiny Rod into an axe for a frontal attack after jumping off her broom and catching Deku off guard.
- Deku adapts by activating Shoot Style and One For All at 30%, focusing on kicking techniques. The clash between Akko's axe and Deku's powerful St Louis Smash, deflecting her Axe and grabbing her wrist to use All Might’s variation of Oklahoma Smash.
- Akko, under pressure, and hitting the floor, uses her Area Aryrha to pull Deku out of the air and slammed on the ground, using Shiny Ax to slam Deku while he’s already down. Deku decides to use Texas Smash, knocking her back into a wall.
- Akko transforms using her Metamorphosis Magic into a massive elephant to crush Deku from above, Deku instead counters using Smokscreen to hide, Akko looks around and gets pummeled at all sides by Deku using Smokecreen to hide and Akko’s bigger size to prevent her from countering effectively, Akko can’t take it and retransforms to herself to use Shiny Sprinkler to disperse of the smoke and uses healing magic to heal her wounds while the dispersed smoke blinded Deku, as she uses Aruya Karegrana to freeze Deku but he use’s Manchester Smash on the ground to block the ice, then kicks the chunks of rock at Akko, which she then uses Menkarehu Tornare, summoning a massive fist from the sky and crushing the incoming rocks, she then uses her ultimate move, invoking the Seventh Word: Fasannciel Shearila. Shiny Rod channels the power of Grand Triskellion itself, flying up into the air at rapid speeds and summoning the Shiny Arc, trained on Deku’s location
- In response, Deku pushes himself to the limit, activating One For All - 120%, Deku looks at his surroundings, focusing on trajectory, velocity and movement to get up to her, using every Quirk to get up to Akko, past the clouds and flying the rest of the way up to Akko who’s ready to fire.
- Akko fires the Shiny Arc, Deku flies at max speed, both embodying the hopes and dreams of everyone alive on earth to launch their attacks, Akko fires, Deku uses Gearshift to slow down the arrow, jumping off of it and landing a devastating 120% Shoot Style, Texas Smash.
- Akko after getting hit so hard, uses the Shiny Rod to make Kertina Syshare/Flaming Arrow, Deku immediately speeds past it and punches Akko again, pulling her in for Wyoming Smash with Blackchain, chaining her by her foot to slam her down to earth, but then, Akko uses one last Shiny Arc on a piece of space rock, it breaking into pieces as she uses the Grappling Hook to grab a bigger chunk to pull with her as Deku dragged her down to the surface, Akko manages to get out of the chain, just in time for the chunk of meteor to hit Deku dead on.

Y'know, when Arcane Starlights got vocals I probably should have expected that at least this one too would get them.
Before I begin I must say something, what is written below is the third writing of the review for this song as I simply wasn't happy at all with what I had written for it before and I still am not fully happy with what I've written here, I'll elaborate more on that at the end (so skip right away to the Overall part if you want my most concise opinion on the track) but I want to make it clear that if something written there feels off, not well written or perhaps too harsh then I fully apologize for it and it absolutely is my fault on that end. Now for the review:
Given that I liked this track's instrumental much less than Arcane Starlights I was ironically thinking that the vocal version could give out something even better than the aforementioned because that's how those tracks generally end up. But after listening to this one ? Well I think I can say that Arcane Starlights is my preferred of the duo. Not because this one's bad, mind you. But due to a combination of Arcane Starlights just being really freaking good and fitting my personal tastes better. I mean, yes there is one issue which I'll note with the song later but that doesn't mean this track is bad in the slightest, it's absolutely great still, just not my favorite of the two.
But before I get more in-depth, I do want to mention my general feelings on the track: it's really enjoyable. Calamity At The Door always felt a bit underwhelming to me for the matchup it's supposed to represent, even more so after I've seen The Owl House. But the vocal version here gives the song a much-needed burst of energy and dynamism that makes it stand out a lot more which is obviously appreciated. But this does come with one major issue that the track has: the vocals clash at times with the instrumental at points.
Now before I proceed on that wavelength I must mention one thing: the vocalist's performance is absolutely amazing. The amount of peculiar deliveries the track has I can count on a single hand and the general performance leaves barely anything to be desired as both the inflections and the deliveries for the most part sound really good. So my issue absolutely isn't with the singer themselves, they worked with what they were given for sure.
But the issue stands in the fact that, at a few points, those deliveries don't perfectly fit the instrumental. This is most notable near the beginning of the song as it gets much better later on (more on that later) but some of them just clash a tad too heavily with the instrumental to sound as good as they could.
And by "some of them", I mostly mean the fist verse (0:45-1:17) which, while in a vacuum it sounds really good with only a couple of deliveries sounding perhaps a bit off on their own, does end up sounding somewhat off because it clashes with the instrumental due to timings that aren't aligned well with the instrumental. Now having vocals that don't fully match the instrumental isn't always an issue (IE: Virtuous Vengeance by Therewolf Media as the most recent example I can note) but they need to have a very overpowering and imposing presence to them, which isn't the case here (which, again, isn't necessarily an issue in a vacuum) so you end up with lyrics that play on roughly the same level as the instrumental which results in both sides of the song feeling like they're competing with one another instead of playing along and benefiting one another. This doesn't break the song in the slightest, especially since the rest of the track is extremely appreciable and almost perfectly plays on the good of both sides of the track (again, more on that later), just that the track could have been even better for sure.
But enough about the negativity as I don't want to seem like I hate the song, because I don't. So let's instead talk about what the vocal inclusions do *right,* which is quite a bit actually. Of course like I said the vocals are generally really well sung which for what I think is the first appearance of this vocalist on this channel is a really good opening and even if they do clash heavily with the instrumental at times, they definitely add more than they remove to the song.
As said before the vocal additions make the song feel much more dynamic and enjoyable which is something the track lacked in its instrumental, especially since they combine really well with the instrumental for the most part.
And yes, it may be confusing for me to say that given I spent a whole paragraph saying how the lyrics clash with the instrumental at times but you'll recall that I did say that it gets much better as the song goes on. Because once past the 1:17 mark and for virtually everything beyond it is where the song truly starts to shine as it actually plays to both the vocals and the instrumental's strengths.
To elaborate on what I mean here, what makes the post-1:17 parts of the song truly stand out is the fact that the vocals actually play along with the instrumental and vice-versa which makes both sides stand out much more. The instrumental provides the more lighthearted and upbeat side to fit the characters' respective side while the vocals give out the more fantastical and grand side of the characters.
This is most emphasized by the fact that the instrumental combines a lot of very differently-pitched and fast notes while the vocals generally stand on a similar pitch and have a lot of elongated notes. Something which you'll note isn't really the case in the first verse as the vocals also try to have relatively fast and differently-pitched notes which causes the clash between the two.
Altho now that I think about it I guess you could argue that this whole side of the song is meant to represent the characters in a way: they both end up in new and unknown worlds that they're unfamiliar with which they slowly learn to get acquainted with as they live in it. I suppose it's a similar case to tracks such as The Devil In U where a part of the song sounds "worse" due to necessity ? Who knows if I'm just looking too deep into it or if it's on purpose. It'd completely negate any issue on that side I have with the song if it's indeed done on purpose however.
Now to go back to what I was saying, the last two thirds of the track work best IMO specifically because they play to the strengths of both sides of the song. Hell, even the lyric-less segments that instead focus on the instrumental (IE: 2:03-2:14) represent that really well as the vocals in those segments are used as "instruments" more so than actual lyrics, giving the track more momentum and weight that's heavily appreciated. This is actually also audible in the secondary "chorus" heard at a few points (IE: 1:51-2:02) which has almost identical lyrics repeating themselves. They don't add a lot of depth to the song, that much is obvious, but they instead act as secondary "instruments" to the track to add to it, something that wouldn't be possible without, yet again, the great vocal performance in the song (because making vocals a separate instrument isn't an easy job. Acapella most definitely is quite tough to do really well, and even more so when combined with actual instruments). I'm not gonna start going in circles but all that to say that really the song absolutely does shine quite a bit when it combines both sides of the track instead of having them clash with one another, resulting in a really good song in general even if it isn't perfect.
Overall this track was one hell of a confusing one to review. To put it into perspective, I rewrote this entire review about two times and even right now I've hesitated to rewrite it a third time but I'm actually running out of time to write this IRL so I'm not sure I'm happy with it because I feel like I may be too harsh on it while not covering the good parts enough. To compensate for that I'll try to be a bit more concise in one or two sentences here: the song is really good, it manages to elevate an instrumental that I didn't dislike but that didn't really stand out by a great margin and in a great way. Sure it isn't perfect, yes, but that doesn't remove from its general quality that absolutely outweighs the issue I have with the song, and that's in a great part due to an amazing performance from the vocalist which is absolutely commendable on pretty much all sides. I guess that in the end it fits for an Anne VS Luz track to not be perfect but still push through the issues to make the most of its qualities and stand out despite its imperfections and challenges it may have faced. Quite the funny morale to think of. Regardless, amazing job to both artists with this.

Oh you’re absolutely correct, deepest apologies about that. Given that all those songs involve multiple vocalists and I haven’t listened to any of them in a while (to not fault of the songs themselves, there’s simply so many commission tracks that even I tend to forget about some) the username didn’t stand out to me on that end, once again my apologies for that.
I suppose it still is the first solo track of yours in this case, which is still an achievement in of itself (yes I’m finding excuses to justify my mistake.)

I think something people don't think about too often with his matchup is luz's ability to turn invisible gives her plenty of time to outlast anne and her transformation, but I still think it's incredibly close and can go either way. I simply think Luz's ingenuity will win in the end.

Anne can counter that ability with the shockwaves and aoe attacks she could make at will with her constructs. Anne is also a lot faster in her superforms and more mobile.
Their superforms should have relative time limits but luz gets weaker overtime.

This is a pretty close fight. They have some of the same abilities. Both can fly, survive in space, adapt on the fly, amplify their attacks and fight at range.
