I am lost for words. This is just so spot on what one would need to settle in and get up and running. This kind of business is what we farang need. To try and understand/learn the bureaucracy in Thailand on your own is both time consuming and expensive if listening to the wrong people. That said, my love for Bangkok will never fade. Excellent video! Groetjes
Very nice information, I run an office rental and meeting rooms around Asoke. Will sure to drop them a call to help with foreigners clients starting businesses in Bangkok 👍
My company rented an office at Antares on the 10th floor about 7 years ago. We were generally happy with the service. From your video it seems that they have improved /expanded a bit and the prices are now more reasonable. We paid 55K baht p/m for 20 sq.m back then, and their accounting team then were too busy to take us on as clients which was disappointing at the time. Overall I like the building and the location very much (it's also handy to have a S&P / Au Bon Pain / Starbucks / Fitness Centre in your office building). Nice video.
Yes very informative if you need this service. I realise it can be difficult to get a working Visa, but if you do everything correctly it can be done. Many businesses can fail if they take a short cut, I'm assuming it happens in all countries in the world. Good content. Bri and frei east Yorkshire
Very good video, useful for anyone moving/living in Bangkok/Thailand longterm...better pay experts a bit more and know for sure than some amateur cheap and not knowing what's what. Good one Mr.&Mrs. M 🙏👍😀
Thank you for this very informative video Jeroen. I am involved in a start-up and plan to open an office in Thailand soon and your video answered many of my questions. FYI - It would be hard to rent a parking space in the downtown area of San Francisco for the equivalent of 15000 baht per month.
I recall from one of your previous vids that you had a Thai lady that assisted you with visa or financial matters - is Roxana's company similar, except with the meeting rooms, pantry etc?
Thank you for the informative video that should be useful for those who want to start a business project in that country. Eventually I will go as a retiree to enjoy life.😜
Great vid! You had mentioned real estate briefly, is it possible for a foreigner to work in real estate in Thailand, I guess for someone like me it would mostly be to help foreigners get a rental apartment. Do you have an information regarding that, or do you know where I could find this information? Thanks in advance!
This is we call the office service provider which is the company provide u a small office space for your company that have staff normally less than 15 persons and sharing commons area like reception and pantry. This concept is good for starter up n small company. This kind of office service provider also have at KL and any big city.
I have a private office for visa and residence work, as well as translation, marriage papers and visa papers in Bangkok, and it was difficult to obtain a license to open a project in BangkokMy job now is little because there is no tourism now, so can we have a business together if you have anyone who wants any papers related to residency and marriage here if you send it to me
The video is very good with good content, but it is very difficult to understand due to the masks combined with the accent of the women. We have become accustomed to your accent, but this is a new one. Subtitles would be a tremendous help.
This is the type if video i have been waiting for. In the future i know who to consult when considering to possibly live in Thailand.

I’ve seen some properties described as Corporate. What does that mean for a buyer?
Can you give an example? You mean offices or Apartments?
@@globaltravelmate apartments and townhouses.
@@lukerabin5079 It might be that the property is owned by a company and not a private person.
@@globaltravelmate ahhh! So we might need to incorporate to access it. That makes sense. Thank you! Jeroen, you’re awesome!
Roxana & Mirella beautiful ladies💁🏻♀️💁♀️
