- Aside from the lackluster finale and his somewhat ridiculous ending (I mean, come on, he's not dead, we all know that, right?), Titans did an amazing job bringing Slade Wilson to life; a flawed man and truly terrifying villain.
Excuse me while I wax poetic for a minute -
I chose this song not only because it's epic, but also because I love the double meaning as it applies to Slade: "beware of darkness." The obvious interpretation is for others to beware of him, as he is the darkness that kills and destroys. The other aspect, though, is for Slade to beware of his own darkness inside of him, a warning he didn't take to heart as he went down an increasingly dark path and became more of a monster. The darkness inside of him - his bitterness, vengeance, regret, apathy - eventually consumed him and ruined his marriage, his relationship with his son, and prevented him from establishing any real connection with his daughter. Of course, worst of all, it caused him to accidentally kill his son. Slade was an interesting villain; I wonder if they'll bring him back at some point...

I actually like how they wrote his character and Rose and Jericho they did his entire family justice by the comics
Well they didn't write exactly accurate to the comics because the show said that Slade took out Rose's eye, but in the comics it was herself that did that to prove herself to him.
A small change compared to what they did to the character and the entire Wilson family on Arrow.
I truly loved this version of deathstroke like he is just plain scary and a badass with and without the suit. I hope he comes back in future season like he was kinda the main reason season 2 was amazing when the writing was good and made sense
Amazingly done, so damn good.
But yes, we all know he's definitely not dead. He single-handedly took down a handful of Amazons by himself, I think he could of handled a Dick Grayson and his daughter but one thing about Slade is he will always have a soft side for his children, even if they turn against him. That got in his way as it usually always does.
Yeah at the end he does feel guilty he basically used his own daughter and killed his son. But there are some things you can't change bout how your kids see you when u show who you truly are but still this slade was the badass ive never knew I wanted and I hope he comes back

Manu Bennett was *fantastic* as the Arrowverse's Slade Wilson, but Esai Morales' take on the character is also great in my book.
...But I'm that guy who also liked the Deathstroke from Smallville (as a little kid, his duel with Hawkman blew me away), so what do I know ^_^'
@@randallflagg3700 I mean, even in The Comics Deathstroke`s always had that contradiction in that he`s a supersoldier who hates other metahumans(Particularly vigilantes) whom he perceives as defending a weak,artificial social order.

Slade said he admired the likes of Batman and thats why he doesnt take contracts involving killing superheroes.(With some exceptions like TT but he choses not to kill them anyways)

Even though Manu Bennet is My All Time Favorite Version of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in Live Action Esai Morales did a Phenomenal Performance as Deathstroke in Titans. Even Though Deathstroke is My Second Favorite Villain in Titans only Outranked By Brother Blood and Titans Version of Deathstroke is My Third Favorite Version of Deathstroke only Outranked By Arrows Version of Deathstroke Played Manu Bennet and Teen Titans Version of Deathstroke Voiced By Ron Perlman Season Two of Titans is Still My All Time Favorite Season on Titans Mostly Due To how Amazing Deathstroke was.

DeathStroke in Titans is an absolute demon. In The ArrowVerse he's Very Chill but when he fights he is a literal beast.
With the issues I have with this show, Slade, Jericho, and Rose are not one of them. Deathstroke is one of my personal favorites in all of comics and I was very impressed with the way they were written and portrayed by the actors. :)
