Deathstroke is the best
The crazy thing about Deathstroke; is that half the time he works for the League of Assassins, then he would partner up with Lex Luthor, which we all saw at the alternate ending of the Live action film, Justice League, where those two are creating a league of their own. Which pretty much proves they're creating a team of villains called the Injustice League.

Man, Deathstroke is one of those guys you don't mess around with. Deadshot on the other hand is just a second rate assassin, and not even deadlier than Slade Wilson.
I agree. I like Deadshot but, Slade is way deadlier. He does have ties with the League of Assassins after all. Plus, Deathstroke managed to beat the up Batman in his own solo series.

Yet he would mostly target young kids with superhuman abilities, especially Nightwing. So let's just say the World's finest were Batman, Dick Grayson as Robin, and Superman were to take on Lex Luthor, Deathstroke, and the Joker. Who would win?

This is, a good example of somethin that's kept me from becoming a hardcore comic-book fan in spite of how much of a super-hardcore fan of futuristic sci-,fi in general - whether film/tv-show/novels/video-games - you name it. There's this inherent and ever-present continuous problem ive always had with comic-books in general - n matter what books or publisher one can think of! Im speaking specifically about the way super-heroes are able to defeat badguys who's powers/abilities strangely fluctuate as to how effective they are when deploying it when taking on the super-hero good guys which has to be done in order to find/depict some sort of fuckin way for the hero to win when taking on badguys that should pummel them because how much more powerful they are. And the batman versus Deathstroke is a perfect example of this sort of bullshit im talking about! based on his physical strength and how strong his abilities are while then added to the fact he was/is an elite special-forces operative long before getting the enhancement serum that turned him into the super-human that his is/was ever since. There is no way in hell that he wouldn't have torn Batman to pieces with this bare hands for fuck's sake (both figuratively speaking AND even to a degree - quite literally speaking as well)! But - cuz he's fighting everybody's favorite hero - Batman - somehow the enhancement-serum seems to weaken every fuck,in time they fight - just so as to give Batty a chance. Other examples of this crap is the inverse of this - where suddenly said hero get's super-human strength and stamina that they don't or at east shouldn't have.
Another rout many take when finding some way to have their under-powered super-hero take on and defeat their more powerful if not - exponentially-more powerful villain: is the Ex-Machina type shit where there's this heavy-handed and ridiculously-convenient event or some other sort of gimmick that that was required to have occurred so as to provide the necessary and plausible excuse for how an why the under-powered hero somehow managed defeat the over-powered badguy! (That last part there though is a plot-device that's rampantly overused in tv-show/film that's not beholden to only super-hero/comic-book based examples or not)
