The end goal is a clean bathroom, and the vacuum does suck up the hair and dirt, and it beats doing nothing which most people would end up doing. People need a life! I stopped the video after you cleaned your tub and ran upstairs to clean my glass shower doors! They look 100% better. it is a contstant rule in my house. I will tell guests every time, no matter how many times they have been there. and if they forget, I make sure to make a big deal out of it. I never raise my voice, but I get very dramatic. folks usually don't need more than that second reminder.

You are a genius!!! I’ve been using regular Dawn and a clean broom (designated for tub cleaning) and it works well. But it doesn’t get the walls very good. I went to Target and got some Apple Dawn Power wash (bonus that my bathroom smells like apples now). They were out of the mop, so I used a regular magic eraser. Worked like a charm!!! I ordered the mop on Amazon. Thank you!!! I also didn’t know the mop existed.
Hey! I really enjoy your channel. You always give us great tips, I thought I’d share a few with you. A trick that we use in our bathroom is, we brush our teeth in the shower!!! Don’t knock it before you try it. 😁. Brush FIRST, so that your soap can wash away any toothpaste residue. Since there is already a shower caddy, we hang our tooth brushes with tooth brush cap covers. There is space for mouthwash and a mirror if necessary. No more tooth paste in the sink and no more leaving the tooth brushes out to catch dust and dirt from the air, not to mention “toilet spray” if your toilet is close to the sink. Not having a toothbrush holder on the sink saves valuable space. Another thing, we only use liquid or foam hand soap, it alleviates the need to clean a soap dish and saves space since soap dishes are usually wider than a soap dispenser. Let me know what you think.
The toilet micro spray effect, is also why I don't place my toothbrush on my counter. Bacteria can land on bristles, if toilet is flushed with the seat up.
This is the 2nd time I've seen a video that uses a mop for something other than mopping the floor. 😁 I've had a "wall" mop and a "tub" mop for YEARS! I clean foreclosed and post construction homes... May be more equipment to carry, but the time I save and the wear-n-tear on my back/knees is so worth it. Vacuuming non-carpet surfaces is another thing I absolutely do! Another trick is to sweep hard floors onto a carpet (bathroom into bedroom, kitchen into living room) then using a vacuum to suck it all up and away.

I'm from Ocala Florida via Long Island New York. I just wanted to say that this was my favorite video of yours. I have been binge watching your channel all day long. I take pictures of the products that you use, especially when you did the tile in the kitchen because that has always been my nemesis. I absolutely love that you advise closing the toilet seat BEFORE you flush! I need to put that in all caps!!! I studied hotel and restaurant management. One of the things we learned in our cleaning class was how full of germs bathrooms are because 90 something percent of the people do not cover the toilet before flushing. Many hotels don't even have a cover. So kudos to you for knowing this information, and thank you for letting everyone know the importance of closing the toilet seat before you flush. I don't even keep my toothbrush in the bathroom for what little bit of air comes out even when the cover is closed. Lol. Oh my goodness! Thanks for sharing the Magic Eraser mop. Never heard of it. I live in a very hard water area - which leaves pinkish / orange stains on my tile . . . I used to scrub it down with cleaner . . . but have found Scrubbing Bubbles FOAMING bleach. What a game changer! I spray it on my tile and WALK AWAY! Clean as a whistle! Thanks for sharing!

The bathtub trick! So, I have Dawn and Oh My Clean sponges. The eraser mop rules, I'll get one soon. However, just the Dawn and sponge was amazing! My fixtures are bright and shiny with little effort on my part. Once I get that mop, I'll putting tub grime on notice! Thank you so much for this fantastic advice!

😳The mop was sheer genius!!😝 I am disabled by back and shoulder injuries. That mop will be hanging in the bathroom in a few days😂 I've used a 50/50 white vinegar/Dawn mix in a spray bottle for years. It cleans and shines all the water fixtures and mirror simply lovely. 😏I have a designated broom in the front hall, kitchen, bathroom and patio. And also designated steam mop heads for the kitchen, bathroom and front hall. All those spaces have different issues that don't need to meet up. That wouldn't be good at all🤦😆😂 TFS🤓

Cloth liners are the best and I also use dawn but add baking soda. Totally going to use the mop now. If you mix the dawn with baking soda and wipe it over the bath crud...it literally just wipes off.

Yes! Toilet seat down is a must! Also I use dollar tree cleaning products. Thanks for the magic eraser mop and squeegee tip! I had the same vaccuum and I'm sad that the hose developed a tear right at the bend and was spitting out dirt out. Had to throw it out😥 super sad about it because that thing sucked up up everything lol and yes I used it on my hard floors as well. No sweeping for me!
Ha, I have the same IKEA 'shoe' organizer behind my door. I keep ⭐xtra/overflow bathroom related items. (Shampoo/conditioner/qtips/ alcohol/perozide/wipes/incenses/razors/toothpaste/trashbags/etc) ⭐Now for added storage I have an over the door double hook. #behindthedoorstorage
I do the same I use flash mop and it's disinfectant wipes to clean the Bathtub, walls, sinks, taps, glass, mirrors as it leaves non stains, disinfects and is tough on stains. I love your tips 👌👌💙🌸💚

We in The Bahamas use bleach too. Even with the dish soap when doing dishes, cutlery etc

Use a simple broom from the dollar store. Trust me, you will get the tub clean even faster.

Clorox disposable toilet wands work great to clean the bathtub as well. I would think the Mr. Clean mop would also be great to use on shower walls.

I had the same vaccuum and I'm sad that the hose developed a tear right at the bend and was spitting out dirt out. Had to throw it out😥 super sad about it because that thing sucked up up everything lol and yes I used it on my hard floors as well. No sweeping for me!
Ha, I have the same IKEA 'shoe' organizer behind my door. I keep ⭐xtra/overflow bathroom related items. (Shampoo/conditioner/qtips/ alcohol/perozide/wipes/incenses/razors/toothpaste/trashbags/etc) ⭐Now for added storage I have an over the door double hook. #behindthedoorstorage

I do the same I use flash mop and it's disinfectant wipes to clean the Bathtub, walls, sinks, taps, glass, mirrors as it leaves non stains, disinfects and is tough on stains. I love your tips 👌👌💙🌸💚
